It would be beneficial to be given a time indication from the courier - 6.15pm to office premises is very late

The courier I'd ordered did not show up all day! I also think you could try and make collection times more specific. 8am - 6pm is too big

Our Response: We agree but at the moment can only offer what the couriers themselves can manage. Unfortunately for now that has to be an "Anytime" collection window i'm afraid.

Extremely disappointed with whole service. Terrible customer service, delivery man 1.5 hours late, and no idea if the parcel has arrived.
