Parcelforce drop-off at Bamber Bridge was v slow. Woman wrote out my receipt by hand - not scanned. Why not drop at local Post Office ?

Driver didn't ring contact who was 2 mins away for collection, so had to manually deliver to depot. Wasn't scanned so couldn't track package
