The delivery driver was SO rude and abrupt! Wouldn't carry the parcel to the van! Made my elderly mum carry it!

Booked Sunday, collection supposed to be monday, guy dooesn't show up, comes Tuesday, item gets lost, delivered Friday. I paid for overnight
