I paid for next day delivery, the parcel wasn't collected until the 3rd day, very difficult to contact you or Courier, still no response.

You failed to pick up on 23rd April. Parcels were re-scheduled for Monday 28th April. We waited until 7.00pm but they were never collected

The promised pick-up failed, although we stayed home all day. It proved absolutely impossible to re-book. No contact facility whatsoever.

Took 6 day's for parcel to be picked up plus six day's on phone to dx to find out why it was not picked up !!!!!!!!
