You failed to pick up on 23rd April. Parcels were re-scheduled for Monday 28th April. We waited until 7.00pm but they were never collected

The promised pick-up failed, although we stayed home all day. It proved absolutely impossible to re-book. No contact facility whatsoever.

Took 6 day's for parcel to be picked up plus six day's on phone to dx to find out why it was not picked up !!!!!!!!

You failed to collect on two different days. And each time a further day is lost since you require 24 hrs notice. The service is terrible.
