I paid for o/night delivery. You have only now del'd (13th). The recipient was told "Previous driver was hopeless and missed 5 deliveries"

A consignment that was booked to be picked up on May 6 for next day delivery was, in fact picked up on May 12. Pretty appalling performance.

Beyond poor! You didn't collect the package, I had to drop off at the depot, you then didn't deliver in 24 hours. What a joke of a company!
