Unfortunately City Link didn't pick up the parcel on the date requested. PM call centre person was polite but said you couldn't help.

Have a phone number so that I can phone and complain you never got the item to me on time. I will never use you again as you are useless!

Booked a parcel 5m long, van collected, not big enough. Second van, not big enough. Lorry collected next day, parcel late. I've lost money.
