I think couriers should be able to give 2 hour window for collections given the technology we have now.

Failed to collect parcel on day scheduled, had to call Courier several times to get them to rearrange collection which was 4 days late!!!!

I WILL NOT BE USING PARCEL MONKEY EVER AGAIN. YOU NEED A FREE PHONE NUMBER FOR YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICES. THE ITEM WASNT COLLECTED ON TIME.

its good you dont need to print labels as the driver brings a large labelled bag inwhich to put you package.
