Brilliant!! I had put the wrong address on my parcel to Egypt and with one phone call everything was sorted by a lovely & friendly guy!!!!

Very unhappy with parcel monkey, no one ever turned up to collect parcel, courier said I have to contact parcel monkey which I can't do bec.

Would rather have am or pm pick up notification instead of some time between 8am and 6pm. A phone call 1 hour before pick up would be useful

Your drivers routinely fail to collect items as scheduled, never give their surnames, have no ID and put fake signatures down.

Users really appreciate (say) DPD's level of communication, & accuracy, re. time slots ... most would happily pay a small premium.
