It took longer than expected to arrive just arrived today, probably held at customs, but took a week after cleared at customs

the only improvement I can suggest is to give customers a two hour slot for when the collection will take place instead of just all day.

Send updates re pickup/delivery without need to log in to check - this aspect not very intuitive.
