We were only informed that an Irish number had to be provided for an Irish delivery, upon chasing. Bad service by Parcelforce

Was told parcel was in depot, for delivery Fri 4 July. No delivery. Turned out had not reached depot. Had to phone, as given no information.

It took longer than expected to arrive just arrived today, probably held at customs, but took a week after cleared at customs

the only improvement I can suggest is to give customers a two hour slot for when the collection will take place instead of just all day.
