Two days in a row Courier did not pick up the parcel having gone to the wrong address.Parcel Monkey does not have a contact number.Why not?

Very simple and easy to use - the customs declaration was the most time consuming part - can't be helped though.

I had 3 missed collections from a manned site (27/7/365) it took a week to collect them. I would like to talk to you about that.
