everything end ok, but not very fair about collecting day: it happened 2 days late.

Didn't collect parcel as arranged. Given mis-information. Parcel eventually collected but no tracking info after 4 days. Really poor.

The courier collected a parcel at the wrong address and caused major problems. However, parcelmonkey was great as a service.
