On booking in morning, pick-up scheduled for the same day (Friday). No pick-up on Friday or Monday, came only after prompting on Tuesday.

Initial quote method deceptive. Given a price based on weight then this doubled after the dimensions, so ask for size first. Day 5 no parcel
