First time i have ever used this company and most definitely the last. parcel never collected, told me address was wrong when it was ok. asked me for a different contact number when that was the only one I had and never picked up.

5.5kg parcel to post UK to Australia.Parcelforce wanted over £100.Tried Parcel-Monkey in desperation.Quoted £60 also using Parcelforce.PF collected from our house and 6 days later Parcel received by recipient in Australia.Lightning Service and will use again.

Having used Parcelmonkey several times in the last two months I am extremely impressed with this service, they have always collected on the day stated and the driver has been helpful and good humoured.

Parcelmonket work well for me. However, tried the DX service on Next Day and it took from Thursday pickup until Monday to arrive, so not next day.

I have had an email asking me to do this review. In the last few days, I have had 3 different deliveries from different companies and on none could I see reference to Parcel Monkey. I presume one was booked through them. Of the parcels I received, one was a day before I expected it, one was the stated day, and one was 2 days after the specified day. If it is the one which was 2 days late then the score of 3 stars is probably right, for the other ones it is probably a 5, so on the basis that this email was so badly addressed as it didnt state which parcel it was for, I have gone with the lowest score and deducted a further 1 for a badly worded request for this survey.

I needed a valuable item urgently delivered by 10am. I was surprised by the cheap price quoted, but I have to say that the cheap price was match by high level of service. Delivery was made at 0915....Thank you

I found the service easy to understand and the personel helpful and friendly. My one concern was that the goods I was sending were fragile and might be damaged so I made sure there was plenty of padding and, judging by the feedback they seem to have arrived safely. I would advise anyone sending such items to overpad them just in case.

07.05.15 - contacted Parcel Monkey to book & pay for a parcel to France. Order ref 2843216. Collection by DPD arranged for 08.05.15 between 2-3pm. No collection was made. The driver did not attempt to contact me by phone neither did he leave a card. Collection rearranged for following Friday 15.05.15. Again no collection made nor any attempt at contact made by the driver. I was here on both occasions. At long last the collection was made yesterday 18.05.15 ten days late. I trust that the delivery to the destination will not take as long. I have used Parcel Monkey before without hitch, but I think that DPD provided an unacceptable level of service in this instance.

Let me start by stating the main issue with this service. We are a business and we close at 5pm but there is no way to stop couriers turning up at 7pm to pick up goods. If I use Parcelmonkey now, I will select Parcelforce but only because the local driver is aware of the hour we work and picks up during those hours (He is helpful and friendly and for you at Parcelforce, it is your Burnham on Crouch driver). I had the misfortune of selecting Yodel for a couple of deliveries through Parcelmonkey and they were worse than awful. The first attempt to pick up resulted in them going to a place some 30 miles from our office. The next three times they didnt show and in the end I had to cancel and get someone else to pick the parcels up. I would not use Yodel again if I have the choice. On top of this it is almost impossible to get a response from Parcelmonkey. I have contacted them numerous times and had no response. In summary, the service is cheap but you get what you pay for.

I used Parcely Monkey some time ago to send auitecase from UK to USA.
I was very pleased with the service offered. It was fast and good value for money. Would use them again.

My local post office wanted £108!! to get my parcel to Australia in 6 days. A guy in the queue shouted "dont pay that, its cheaper and faster on Parcel Monkey" I went home, logged on and paid less than half for the same service!! Fantastic and wouldnt hesitate to recommend and use you again.

ParcelMonkey found us the best carriage cost with ParcelForce to deliver a large and heavy Lladro lamp. It was delivered next day in perfect condition in about 20 hours. Great service and a reasonable and competitive price.

5 large boxes delivered to wrong address. Effectively lost for 2 weeks until someone called intended recipient to say they had our boxes. Boxes delivered, effectively, by the person we sent them to. Asked Parcel Monkey for a total refund. They said only 50%. We are claiming the full amount from the credit card company as Parcel Monkey did not provide the service paid for. But they are cheap !!!!!

I used Parcel Monkey to find out the best delivery service for a flat packed dining table I needed delivering into London from Edinburgh. I was amazed at the low cost of £12.++ and it arrived after 3 days. I will be using Parcel Monkey again fro similar services.

Hi I employed Parcel monkey to pick up my exercise bike they in turn employe couriers they book the courier and you have your parcel picked up for delivery elsewhere. One person arrived to pick up my exercise bike. When I asked the career company about this they said that parcel monkey had booked the job with only one person allocated. Which meant Parcel Monkey had cut One person arrived to pick up my exercise bike. The pickup has not been completed in time. £72 paid for deliver so its not on the cheap. After all I think the courier company are going to fix the situation by sending two people once they have spoken to Parcel monkey.

Used ParcelForce drop at depot service. Very easy to book and print label, great price. Only downside had to queue for nearly an hour at the Parcelforce depot to get a proof of postage - but that is not Parcelmonkeys fault.

This was my first time using parcel monkey and found the whole process really easy. Collection took place before midday on the nominated day and arrived at me 2 days later. My only negative is it would be helpful to get a text or email to confirm collection has been made and also that delivery is due. Other than that, Im very pleased and would use again.

Recently used Parcel Monkey to collect a saddle I had purchased. The best quote was using Parcelforce48. Booked at 11.45pm on a Sunday night and the parcel was collected 11am the following morning. Follwed the parcel online with the tracking number and was delivered promptly within 48 hours. Brilliant service and would use again. A*

Initially the booking I made got delayed due to no custom label but I guy called Stefan in customer services helped me sort that and it was soon resent and arrived with 2 days.
