Its been one week and they lost my parcel. The support team cant provide any information, just trying to postpone in a very bad english. They got absolutely no clue where the parcel is and dont have a tracking number for it.

I was a bit disappointed with Parcel Monkey on this occasion as I booked a 24-hour delivery service and the parcel wasnt collected from us until at least three working days after the booking was made.

I had an urgent next day delivery parcel. It was not collected. I had to chase Royal Mail myself, getting passed around depots on the phone. When I finally spoke to someone they promised to ring back and never did. When I asked Parcel Monkey for a refund, at no point did they apologise for the poor service (which I would have thought was a minimum requirement). They did however refund me relatively promptly. I use PM all the time - this was unusual, but they could have handled it a lot better.

I was sending christmas presents to my family to Czech Republic. In the morning I have booked/paid for parcelmonkey. Within 2 hours the driver came to collect, signed collection receipt and off he went. I liked how I could watch where the parcel is going and it even gave me estimated date of arrival. I could contact easily my family with the info but actually my dad already knew as he was getting sms texts to his phone too!! They have actually beat the date too!!! Great service. Thank you, I will use this service again

I have never used a courier to send a parcel abroad, The whole operation was very efficient. I was able to track the parcel online - and the price was far, far less than the Royal Mail. The communication also was good.

I was slightly concerned after reading some negative reviews however I decided to give parcel monkey a go and they were brilliant.
My large and heavy parcel was picked up exactly on time and delivered quickly and in perfect condition still. Its not easy to find the warehouse it was being delivered to but they found it with no problems at all.
I would definitely recommend parcel monkey and will 100% use them again.

I just wanted to warn everyone about Parcel Monkey. I sent my Brother an expensive Birthday present via Parcel Monkey. It never showed up and the tracking location is vague. I have emailed support at Parcel Monkey no less then 5 times and Ive had zero response. Will not be using them again.

First, the quote for a parcel to Canada was the most reasonable of all I looked at. The parcel was picked up promptly and arrived in good condition within 4 working days. I would definitely use them again.

The on line system works exactly as described. The vans turn up and collect the parcels on time, the drivers are friendly. The parcels arrive where they should on time. No problems at all.

Having used numerous parcel companies to ship back our shopping in boxes from the UK to Europe. This time Parcel monkey and DPD absolutely excelled themselves this time, no quibble with the box sizes or weights, collected within a hr slot from a residential property and recd in perfect shape in Europe less than 48hrs later. We sent 6 boxes back full of stuff for christmas all 30kg, we taped all the boxes really well but you can tell they have not been thrown about and handled well. The price was very cheap less than the cost of a 15kg bag in the hold on the plane and much less hassle. Well done excellent customer service, would highly recommend and of course will use again for our future shopping trips. Thankyou Parcelmonkey
