Good choice of services at a fair price. My only issue was that the parcel tracking simply did not work - this was important to me on an urgent shipment. The parcel did arrive on time, but the first I knew of any progress was when it arrived!! In 2016 that is unacceptable!

Poor service, lack of communication and couriers who failed to turn up 2 days in a row and when they did turned up they didnt even have a label. Not impressed and wont be using parcel monkey again.

We used parcel monkey to get good prices for international parcels, it did seem to go well until one customer complained about a courier who are used as a partner in that country. They didnt try to deliver and lied about it, they sent the parcel back to us and it disappeared. No one knows anything about it, parcel monkey support say "tracking says its held for collection" but it isnt because it has been returned to sender but no one can find it. Recipient says there was someone available to receive package 24 hours a day but no one tried to deliver and they received no notification about it. So what does parcel monkey say about us being out a lot of money for an item, a lot of money spent on international postage, this failure to deliver, failure to notify and missing parcel: "we apologise for any inconvenience and stress caused. Kind regards" So while you might get a good deal on a package with this crowd just hope that nothing goes wrong because if it does you will get a support message written, in poorly written English, that sometimes appears to gibberish, which says "sorry, goodbye". A total lack of interest or care if things go wrong.

Excellent service throughout.
However, I think it would be extremely helpful to remind customers about extra costs that maybe incurred once an item reaches it destination in the form of custom and taxes. In some cases this could be in excess of of the original cost to send the parcel.

no need to help i have managed to trace my parcel with dpd and they have delivered my parcel back to me. one qusetion i have WHY do you not have a contact number for us to call, and why message on the support that some one will contact me over the phone when that is not the case, nothing but lies...... I like i have said willl NEVER NEVER us you again

I have used parcel monkey many times - only once something was missing from the parcel I sent (when it arrived 1 I wanted to claim it but had no photographic evidence and the hassle was not worth it) the other times all was good and as promised. Would recommend but do not send anything you are too emotionally attached to!!!

Honestly I was a little nervous having read some reviews but I neednt have been , this company delivered exactly what they said they would for half the price of their competitors. My parcel was delivered on time, in excellent condition and for the price that was stated. Will definitely use to purchase from overseas again. Thank you Parcel Monkey

Have used Parcel Monkey on 2 occassions and on both occasions paid for a 24 hr collection/delivery. First time parcel was not collected so cancelled collection and went straight to courier instead. No collection problems. Second time, first day parcel not collected. Complained told to re book as they are exempt for 5 days!! Rebooked, guess what still waiting for parcel to be collected!! Do not use save yourself the disappointment and go straight to desired courier instead. Worth the extra few quid and no disappointed customers.

If a lost claim has been logged with us then this will be under investigation by the courier concerned which is why there will be a delay.

You have booked a drop off service, and the label has been emailed to you and you can find it on your Parcel Monkey dashboard. You then take it to the Post Office and hand it to them and the parcel is collected from there. Please print and attach your label and you can use the service. If you do wish to cancel, log in and leave us a message and we will cancel and refund.

We went online and looked at various sites all well known courier services. the processes were long-winded and once wed reached the end of entering all of the details of our personal details, the recipients details, the dimensions and weight of the parcel,we were horrified at the cost!!
We chose Parcel Monkey and wow, the cost was almost a third of the other prices, the parcel was collected within the specified time and delivered to Cambodia in less than one week. Well certainly use this courier again and would recommend to friends and family.

Parcel Monkey farm out your parcel to the cheapest shipper. If anything goes wrong, you are stuck in hamster wheel of Parcel Monkey not being responsible - even for telling you what has happened. My parcel was overweight - a genuine mistake. Parcelforce returned the item to the sender, without informing me and marking it as delivered. Parcel Monkey didnt let me know or take any responsibility for what is frankly, unacceptable levels of communication. All of this is fine if you are not too bothered about the contents of your parcel or when it gets there, if at all!

Parcel Monkey is a courier quote engine, and you choose which carrier will handle your item based on budget and time frame, so the customer has ultimate choice on who handles their item. We offer full tracking on all items so you can view if there is an issue, and if so let our team know so we can help. It is the senders responsibility to measure and weigh accurately as we cannot double check this, as we never handle the item.

We used Parcel Monkey to send 2 large bags from UK to Switzerland. We dropped them at a London post office 1 months ago. According to Parcel Monkey, the bags should have arrive within 3 days. One bag arrived after 2 weeks, the other one is still in the UK. We submitted all the requested documentation (including declaration for customs). Parcel Monkey does not provide phone or email support, you can only chat with them. I had over 20 (!) chat sessions so far, without ANY progress. The supporters have no clue about the process status or the parcel. The default answer from the supporter in the chat session is: "Someone from the return department will contact during the next days" - which did not happen. If you are asking for an escalation process they provide a postal address in the UK. We sent an escalation letter over a week ago, provided our email address, mobile numbers - no one contacted us. This is the worst service company Ive seen in my whole life. My recommendation is: AVOID.
