I spent a very long time filling in online forms from other courier companies but I was quoted over £100 by everyone of them. Price Monkey quoted £37 for exactly the same service, fantastic!!

My parcel arrived in US very quickly. I contacted Parcel monkey on line on a Friday
The parcel was collected on the Monday and delivered in Virginia on Wednesday: all for two thirds of the cost of going out to the post office.

Sorry to hear the item is wobbly, this is not something we can really control as we do not handle the goods we resell the courier service. I would take this up with the seller who sold this item to you as there would be no reason why this would occur in transit if the item was flat packed.

Promised delivery in 4 days. Its been a week and I still havent received my parcel. The tracking service doesnt say anything. I have payed 39£ for that.

Very happy. Had a large heavy package - over 22kg - delivered from Chelmsford to Aberdeen, 48hours, no problem. Collected by polite helpful courier, delivered when promised. Would use again without hesitation

A package I sent to a customer was rejected, and should have been returned to me, i was the sender. However Parcel Monkey sent it back to there head office, in Southampton, and then charge you twice what you paid in the first place to get it back Oh and they dont have any telephone numbers, because they know how bad there customer service is and dont want to answer difficult questions. Thank you for your reply However it is very unclear before you commence any bookings with Parcel Monkey that you are the sender. You need to make this very clear, especially when you then turn round and charge double what I paid in the first place for me to get the parcel back. UNACCEPTABLE. I would rather pay a more in future to avoid all of these issues

Sorry to hear the item was rejected this could be down to a number of factors which the courier would be unhappy about and as the service is booked on our rates we are the return address as the account holder. We do not offer a phone line as we have Live Chat and support ticket service so we do not have to put customers on hold.

First time I sent a package through parcelmonkey. I actually was expecting something to go wrong because of the cheap prices (compared to other companys). But the truth is parcel monkey collected and delivered my parcel in time. Im very pleased with the service and will definitely use their service again.

Its not rocket science being the middleman between customers and couriers, waited in all day for collection of my Parcelforce 48 parcel and no one turned up, when contacting parcel MONKEYS just get an oh sorry and would you like to rearrange collection. No I wouldnt I would like to have my parcel to have been collected today. My advice cut out the middle monkey and go straight to the couriers. James it was not the same day it was the day after booking, the day YOU said collection would be made on.

I am very sorry to hear Parcelforce failed to come and collect your item. We are not the carrier so cannot send a driver to come and collect the same day as we cannot influence the drivers manifest, the same as Parcelforce themselves cannot do this, once the daily cut off time has passed, which leaves the only alternative of collecting the next working day.

Ok here goes. I shipped two monitors and a pc along with the rest of my sons personal belongings when he went to Australia to study. One monitor was broken and they dont insure them so that has to be written off. I have to admit, I could maybe have packed them more carefully but a bit annoying. I still give parcelmonkey four stars on this occasion. they were pretty good in their communication with me online and it was fairly simple to book the service. x

I paid £20 for a signed 24 hour delivery. The package was intended to arrive at its destination by Saturday 1030 am. The package included formal dinner jacket required to be worn that same earning. The package was not delivered on time. The website moved the delivery time till later time slots on the Saturday afternoon. Eventually, the website said that the postman had attempted a delivery but no one was at home to receive the parcel. This is total fiction! An entire day was wasted waiting on the parcel delivery just so a delivery man could not be bothered to do his. By the time the website notified us that the parcel would be delivered on Monday, the sorting office was closed and too late to contact the van driver. To add insult to injury, admittance to the formal dinner was prohibited without wearing the appropriate atire. So the expense of the pre-paid ticket was also lost. This is my first and last time of ever using Parcel Monkey! Save yourself money, avoid at all cost!

The service you booked and paid for was Parcelforce 24 Next Working Day which is a weekday service as this carrier only delivers Monday to Friday. Therefore the item actually arrived on time for the service that was booked. If in doubt when booking which service is best suited to your needs, our team are on hand to assist via Live Chat. I am sorry to hear about the issue this caused, however the carrier has provided the correct delivery which was booked and paid for.

There customer service is appalling! My parcel was damaged and only half delivered to my house, I had to go and get the other half from the middle of nowhere by public transport, to find it unwrapped and broken! Ive contacted there unhelpful services and had no reply for the last 2 days! Do not use them go to the courier its self it might be more expensive but at least you would be able to contact them!

My parcel was not collected from a work premises because they said there was no one at the address. (Not true). I re-arranged the collection but after this happened a second time, I cancelled the collection & asked for a refund. They then notify me (through the Parcel Monkey website, not via email or phone), that they have confirmed the cancellation and my refund was being processed by their finance department. I then missed a second communication (also via their website) which said I have 14 days to accept a refund! Why should you have to confirm you want to receive a refund? Ultimately, if you want a refund, the responsibility lies with you to keep checking the status of your account. Very poor service & they dont even have a customer service number!

I had a package that needed to be in Amsterdam on Monday. I shipped it on thursday with a two day delivery time. However, the package didnt arrived on monday. I have been on the phone for 2 hours, try to contact parcelforce myself, really did everything i could but nobody came back to me or really tried to help me. Because of this reason my package came to late and has cost me £ 1000.- and a happy customer. im really not happy with this service

They are rubbish I have given them a valid address in Spain, they say it isnt, I have sent parcels to this address many times, it is a valid address, they have no land line method of contact and thier operators seem to be moronic. Not worth the hassle

I placed my order on Friday morning and dropped my parcel off at the local PO. It arrived in Spain on Monday morning and I saved a LOT of money by paying online and not at the PO. I will always use this service n future.

I had a strangely shaped parcel, so I tried to talk to ParcelMonkey about my options. I found all of the customer service agents polite but vague and unhelpful. Once I finally got the tag sorted, however, the parcel arrived intact and in very good time from London to Melbourne, Australia.
