Thank you for taking the time to review our service. We face an additional charge from the courier for servicing what is considered to be a remote area and this has to be passed on to the customer due to the extra distance covered. It will still be cheaper to book on our site as the service in remote ares with Parcelforce is still discounted compared to what you would pay them directly to service the post code on your order.

For some reason DHL couldnt collect until 3pm so went on Parcel Monkey and was pleasantly surprised at the ease of the whole process.

Good service easy to use, 2 things for improvement
1. Tracking info isnt updated very often
2. Details of sender (account holder) should be automatically filled

Quick and east to use website, gives loads of companies and prices, in fact the quote they gave me with parcelforce was cheaper than the quote I got off parcelforce themselves... I would highly recommend and I would not hesitate to use Parcel Monkey again. :0)

I used parcel Monkey to arrange the shipment of a box from London to South Africa. I followed all the companys instructions and duly made payment expecting that they would provide the service for which they were paid and arrange collection and delivery of my box. The box never arrived, when I queried this with Parcel Monkey they were unable to tell me anything about where the box was but committed to getting back to me. 10 days passed and I heard nothing. When I wrote again, multiple times, my messages were all ignored. Finally when I strongly expressed my dissatisfaction at their lack of courtesy and professionalism I received a link to request a refund, but to this day (2 months after collection should have taken place) they have not provided me with any report of where the box is, any apology for their lack of service or any compensation for the inconvenience they have caused me. I was forced to contact the courier company myself, DBD, whos very helpful customer services were able to tell me that the box had never been collected! I now have to go through the process again of arranging shipment of this box. This is duplication of work that no productive person has time for or should be expected to repeat when working with a supposedly reputable company. I urge everyone very strongly not to use Parcel Monkey, they are a huge disappointment and a very unprofessional company!

Tried for the first time, was not disappointed.
One tiny thing: The website said they would e-mail me with the labels for the parcels, however this didnt happen. Had to log in the next day - the lables were listed online ready to be printed, so all fine, but was a bit confusing.

When I place an order with you it informed me that you would collect the parcel on the Tuesday. You arrived on the Monday. You ended up picking the parcel up on Thursday and I havent received the parcel and it is now Monday. I am now leaving for Singapre and wanted to take the contence with me. Not great!

Quick and easy to use. All the links function perfectly and you can easily track your parcel. Great value where you can make the best decision on delivering/returning your parcel by weighing up cost and time. I will definitely use this service again.

Booked a pick up delivery which was fast and easy to do via their website. The collection company came promptly on the day organised and my packages were delivered the next day! Parcel monkey were good in making sure I was kept updated via email on the whole process so all in all a fantastic service, will use again and recommend to anyone

First time we used Parcel Monkey, everything was Ok, Now the second time, 30 % of the goods arrived broken , 1 of the 6 boxes was totally damaged. I rapported everything the same day, I only received a standard mail, I did send an email again, aa few days later no response !! What a shame , such a bad service .

We relocated abroad, and entrusted parcelMONKEY with our belongings. It turned out their name is appropriate. We had over 30 boxes sent via them, and all but a couple were completely broken and opened. Our things were damaged and lost along the way. We paid for additional insurance, but due to a technical fault sending them details of this via the internet (you cannot find a contact telephone number anywhere) the message didnt reach them within their 5 working days policy and they wouldnt honour a thing! Our children had some of their favourite belongings destroyed and are most upset. I feel compelled to share this with anybody thinking to use this company. Go direct even if it costs a little more, it is cheaper for a reason, pay peanuts you get monkeys!

I used parcel monkey in the past and I had always a great service. This time was great too until the parcel reached italy ( the final destination) and the driver in italy forgot to deliver the parcel to my parents and the parcel was classified lost. The parcel was delivered few days after. Still recommend parcel monkey to everyone

Service has been great but recently there have been few hiccups and I dont know why. Shame as it had otherwise been quite consistenly good. Convenient and great online support via the chat function but could do with notice when parcels dont get collected.

Goods were dropped off at local post office, and delivered within 3 days at the European destination. We were able to track goods which is very reassuring for both us and our customer. Delivery cost is reasonable.
I would recommend Parcel Monkeys service.

I have used them for the last 2 years to get my sons stuff to and from university. It arrives when they say and they collect when they say. Cant ask any more from a collection and delivery service. Will not be using anyone else.

I have sent parcels using Parcel Monkey twice now and on both occasions found the the service excellent and easy to use. I chose Parcel Force as the carrier from the comparison site. Parcels sent from our local village Post Office arrived on time to the Netherlands at a very competitive price.
