Still waiting for my 2 parcels to arrive ... a 3-4 days delivery time has now turned to almost 2 weeks. I called the local courier SEUR (dpd group), who sent me an email a week ago to say they were going to deliver last Friday. It is now a week later and after severals calls I still have not received my parcels and am no further forward in understanding what the delay is and why this has occurred. The tracking webpage is very unhelpful - it doesnt give any relevant information and no contact number - an exclamation mark on the lorry graphic! So I know there may be a problem, but what to do and how to follow it up...nothing!

I have given 2 stars instead of 1 star because the part about booking the service/paying and getting the parcel collected was no problem what so ever. The issue came when the parcel was sent to a destination abroad. Essentially: - PArcel Monkeys website promise of 4 - 6 business days for an international delivery took 22 days in total (through DPD) - After 14 days, I created several support tickets only to be fobbed off by Parcel Monkey - They claimed to have escalated the issue to the courier, but never got a response from them (shows they do not have a good relationship) - Parcel Monkey asked me to contact the courier instead on several occasions to organise the delivery as the parcel was just sitting in the couriers hub for almost 10 days - The end courier (Aramex) would tell the recipient that they would deliver on the day and just did not in the end and Parcel Monkey did not help with this issue with the end courier - In the end I needed to inform Parcel Monkey the parcel was delivered I wanted to get some money back from Parcel Monkey from this shocking service (not the delivery, but at least to escalate as Parcel Monkey would have a relationship with the couriers), however based on the responses I got just for them to follow up with the courier to get a confirmation that it would be delivered it is just not worth it. For the person who will likely reply with apologies and ask for me to raise a ticket, here is the ticket ID number so that you can review it: PM4793581 - Update - Post seeing other reviews today about international deliveries being terrible and support sub-par (same experience with me), I have now officially asked for compensation.

I was hesitant at first about choosing this company opposed to directly booking with the courier company. THe price was unbeatable so I chose to try it.
Booked with DPD.
1 hour time frame for pick up, I was notified by email and text.
For delivery I got a 2 hour time frame.
Both times the courier was on time and carried the 30kg boxes to the door and up the stairs.
Would definitely recommend and use again.

First time using this service and very, very impressed. I was particularly concerned my heavy, fragile 14kg parcel would be very expensive & difficult to arrange .... I was wrong, couldnt be easier and affordable!! The process, online service agents, delivery courier choice and transport tracking signature service is excellent - but the price is the most surprising, great value. Highly recommend Parcel Monkey, I wont be using anyone else!!

Id simply say that the review title says it all! Whilst I didnt use the Web chat service aside from saying I didnt need help it was polite and courteous.
No hesitation in recommending and would certainly use Parcel Monkey again!

Used this service, paid for tge item to be insured and item arrived badly broken. So next day I submitted a claim together with pictures before/after, packaging pictures, proof of value and proof of paypal claim where all damages described by recepient and the value is stated. 2 months chading them and they messed me around. To final get a reply that recepient did not made contact with a courier (recepient send paperwork twice) so they reject the claim! Awfull experience, I lost item and 300 pound + postage.

Cheapest by far to send a parcel compared to other couriers. Easy to drop parcel off at designated retailer. Parcel arrived promptly next day. Would highly recommend

I have sent 3 parcels with parcel monkey. The prices are very competitive, but I find the service a bit varied. There is no notification when a parcel has arrived at the destination or is delayed, as with other services like ipost.com. The tracking is not very easy to use. It is not clear which number is the tracking number. This is a good service if you are looking for a cheap way to send a parcel abroad, but lacks a few of the finer features of other services.

Have used these guys twice and BOTH times there were issues. Fair enough its not Parcel Monkeys fault when a parcel isnt delivered on time / gets lost but the support you receive if this happens is absolutely useless. The replies are uninformative and scripted - if they even reply at all. I often have to chase them just to find out if theyve even contacted the courier company as days have gone by with no answers. Customer service is all done via messages - no phone support. No matter what the issue, they copy and paste the tracking information that you already have - usually this is unrelated to what youre asking. With the first parcel I had to contact the courier companies in the UK & abroad myself just to get an answer. The only good thing I have to say is that theyre cheap... but you definitely get what you pay for if something goes wrong. If its an important parcel youre sending and may need support if something goes wrong... use at your own risk! - Edit: Will update this review

I have always wondered how online shopping could afford to include the shipping and now I can see that there are cheaper suppliers out there that can deliver packages to a much more reasonable price.

I sent 21 boxes from England to Italy. All the boxes arrived and within the agreed timeframe. Some of them had been a bit battered, but everything was delivered to the correct address and nothing got lost or damaged. Overall I am satisfied with this service and would use it again in the future.

I paid for a tracked parcel and delivery within a time period. The timing has been exceeded and the tracking information is 5 days old, no idea where my parcel is or when, or even if, it will be delivered. Sorry guys, failed, not impressed............

Great service from start to finish.
Easy to arrange collection and delivery from home.
Collected and delivered in less than 24 hours and at a fraction of the cost had I gone directly through Parcelforce!!

Long story short a parcel was collected that shouldnt been. Parcel Monkey not taking any responsibility. Staff unhelpful, when asked to speak to s superior I was informed the manager already knew. Finally got an address to write my complaint to... still waiting to hear back a month later.

Heres my experience...
I needed to get a 13kg parcel to the Czech Republic as son as possible.
I went to the post office, they wanted £80. Yes, £80!.
So I logged onto parcel monkey, booked a collection slot for the next day and it was promptly collected by the agent.
3 days later and £30ish in cost it was delivered.
The tracking was frequent and reliable, the updates were clear and easy to understand and best of all the service was so effortless to use.
