I booked a collection with parcel monkey via DX for 23rd March, parcel monkey failed to pass the collection details to DX in time, so the collection failed. Parcel monkey then asked DX to make the collection on 27th and again on 28th March without asking me, which wasnt possible as the sender wasnt in those days. I finally managed to get parcel monkey to re-book the collection for today (30th March) when the sender was in and I checked twice with parcel monkey staff that the collection would take place. Again, the collection failed as parcel monkey didnt send the collection details to DX in time. Im shocked, I normally use another courier for all my collections instead and Ive never had a problem with them, this was a test to see if I could save money by using parcel monkey instead. What a mistake! Im just waiting to see if they refund my money as requested, if so I will give them a second chance and report back with a review, otherwise I wont be returning.

My parcel never got to its destination Pakistan. Instead, it got mixed up with another parcel and the wrong parcel was delivered. Have tried to contact parcelmonkey to resolve(they have no phone contact) but without success. Have sent them an email yesterday, as if yet no response...... still waiting.

One of the worst experiences ever. 1. The website which supposedly stores addresses, will not allow those same addresses to be used due to an HTML error. 2. They got the address wrong on the pickup three times! Cancelled the order and could not work out how to get the parcel picked up. It took a month of debate with anonymous customer service. 3. there is no phone number to get help. Frustrating, stupid and they dont even read the messages you send them properly. Not even worth one star!

Easy to use website, was quite to collect parcel tracking worked very well in this country however I was not able to track my parcel when it left the UK

Its been a week, and I am still waiting for my parcel to be picked up!!!! You have no customer service phone number even!!! I got spammed with loads of emails, but no service, and Im still waiting for my parecel to be picked up!!

DPD informed parcel monkey that my parcel its heavier than I declared and they took from my debit card £5 without my permission ,without asking me . DPD and parcel monkey didnt prove than my parcel was heavier. In fact, my parcel was lighter than I declared. thieves working together

The pickup was suppose to be next day and the delivery service booked was 24 Hour. Picking up a day late then is a major problem for the customer, especially if he has paid for and expects a 24Hr service and is aware of the (supposed) pickup date! No decent realtime information to confirm the pick-up would happen (when or at all) and the on-line chat with someone in the Phillipines was no consolation. Probably wont use again and certainly not for anything time-critical/Urgent.

Never use them again, there is only virtual support - virtually no support!!! They must all be based in Timbuktu and dont give a Monkeys once they have taken your money!!

I wasnt aware of parcel monkey until someone told me.
Great service if you do not have an account with a courier service.
Simple and easy to do online.
Would not hesitate to use again.

i got the sms to say when the uplift would take place .. from 9am til 12pm
then an hour later i got another to say it would be 12pm til 5pm ? then just to top it all off i got a third sms this time it said package will be uplifted between 9am and 6pm ? who can work with this , it gets worse .... i noticed on the email i got it said my delivery was going to number 35 when in fact i live at 53 so i phoned the seller and asked them to phone and have it changed which they did ..... got a txt the next day saying it was going to number 35 instead of 53 again i had the sender phone in to change it they said it was done .... i got an sms msg about two hours later to inform me my parcel would be delivered to number 35 ????? my local office for the glasgow area is in uddingston , well i dont know whats going on over there but somebody is not doing their
job .... when i asked the sender ( humax ltd) to phone again i had informed them that i knew the driver and he knew me so with a bit of luck i may still get it ok , well low and behold the sender got a chance to talk to the delivery driver on the phone (ronnie from dpd ) he said yes i know mr simpson well i will make sure he gets his package ok ,
lets hear it for ronnie , he really is a gem of a bloke always goes one step beyond for the customer , DPD take note you dont want to lose this guy hes special and does his job well if all drivers were like ronnie we would do well , ive not made my mind up if i will use DPD again but i would sure miss the excelent service ive had and still get from ronnie
shame about the staff in the office in uddingston who dont seem to care , .

I booked through their website for a 30kg palletted box. They offered me pick up service with DX for a bit more than 160£. I paid and waited the courier service to pick up the box. I have spent the whole day at home waiting for a text or email or a call about the approximate time of the pick up. Nothing from Parcel Monkey or DX customer service. Now what? Should I loose another day at work?
