Site easy to use. Price much cheaper than Royal Mail through dpd. Collected parcel on time and delivered in allotted time scale. Will use again.

The service is good, but the customer service is unacceptable. I spent 2 hours talking with 7 different people in 2 different languages, going in circles, and at the end the answer was "we cant do anything"

First time user and totally satisfied .My 10 kg. Parcel was dropped off at a post office in Cornwall, and arrived in perfect state just over 48 hours later in SW France . Will most certainly use parcel monkey again .

They stole items from my parcel. The courier removed items from my parcel and promised to give it back but apparently they just stole from me. It is impossible to get help from customer service. Parcel Monkey is not helpful at all. Avoid, not worthy.

Driver was 50 minutes late in pickup and he did not come with the printed labels that the bike pickup which i ordered was supposed to come with.

Do not touch this company, a total rip-off. Took an additional 20 pounds off my credit card a week later claiming the parcel weighed 39kg (how did I and the courier who collected it lift it on our own then?), it actually weighed 11kg, I weighed it before sending it. Use them at your peril. How does a company with so many negative reviews still have a 4.5 rating???

This might be more a critic on the used service of dpd. The parcels came quick; it was estimated a delivery for Monday but the parcels already arrived Saturday. Someone was at home luckily. However, it seems that the parcel were not handled properly since the parcels themselves have shown damages and so far I found one item inside the parcel that was damaged as well.

Online booking ok, for were cheapest. However it was due to be collected, but delivery agent didn’t knock the door, just put a dirty we missed you card through the door. Cynically would guess he gets paid for that and then coming again to get it? Had to rearrange, stay in all day again and the parcel delayed.

I thought I would save a few pounds on courier fees as my package wasn’t urgent but have paid the price of this and wasted hours trying to track it. My package was collected on time although the driver somehow expected 4 boxes when only one was booked. Received a tracking number from Parcel Monkey which showed the item as “ready for collection” and remains that way 3 weeks later! After countless and pointless emails to the customer service they are unable to provide any clues as to the whereabouts of it! And my parcel still hasn’t arrived at its destination! I would never recommend this service to even my worst enemy.

Good price and very quick transport to Germany however when they couldn’t deliver the parcel they didn’t use the phone number that they had been given. My son had to track the parcel down and arrange redlivery to a different location.

They overcharged my debit card declaring that I have provided a wrong weight. Totally false! I have double checked the weight of my parcels also after the delivery and was corresponding to the information that I have provided before.
