Site very easy to locate and was very impress with price comparison for a UK delivery.
Straight forward in booking with no hidden charges. Once booked a confirmation email was received immediately.
Parcel was collected on the specific date.

Shame I cant leave no stars. My experience is the same as every other bad review in this list. Parcel Monkey have never communicated a single fact about what has gone wrong with my delivery or what they are going to do about it. Only platitudes. As someone else has said, queries are simply "kicked into the long grass" All Parcel Monkey responses to trustpilot bad reviews contain the same platitudes. Im afraid Im despairing that Ill ever see my valuable consignment again.

I feel that I received appalling service from Parcel Monkey. I was wrongly advised from the start as to how to use the site, my parcel arrived three days late and to the wrong address. No one was willing to help me when I rang serval customer service numbers and was left in the end to sort out the issue myself. The delivery was for a work event that had over 40 Press attending, we required the delivery for the event to go ahead and would have had catestrphic consequences for the business I work for if we had not finally found it. We will never be using Parcel Monkey again.

Sending the parcel is easy. Spending money simple. Customer support awful, unhelpful and verging on rude. Asked a simple question and it took almost a week of badgering to get an answer. Which I obtained direct from the courier. Their only support is via webchat which is frustrating at the least. I am sure if there arent any problems then this service works. However have an issue or need to speak to someone and you will be left regretting your decision to use them. AVOID.

Buyer beware!!! I wanted to share my recent experience with Parcel Monkey to serve as a warning to others. For sometime I have used them to send a few parcels for work. They tend to be reasonable in price. In early September we had a parcel go missing, and this is when the problems started. Over a month ago they said they had found the parcel, it was in a depot and where did we want it returning to! We still have not got our parcel back. What has happened during this time highlights why you should only use them if it is something cheap you don’t mind loosing. 1. If you wish to complain you cannot get a phone number. 2. If you wish to send any correspondence by post (ie you wish to send a complaint letter by registered post) you will not get it. I have asked the chat operators on several occasions for this information and they will not give it! 3. The chat facility cannot give any useful information. They do not read or answer your questions and will just give a stock answer that is designed to delay. They will not give you any firm time frames, dates, names etc. For example I asked them yesterday to confirm that they did still indeed have my parcel as they claimed a month ago. They were unable to give me that information, and refer you to a service department who can only be contacted by a general email and will often not come back to you in the timeframe they claim. This I am all sure will be illustrated by the reply to this review which will probably ask me to put a request in to a different department, probably labelled for the attention of the management! From this nothing will happen. In short. Very poor customer service designed to frustrate and delay. No phone number? No address? No way of contacting a named person. Beware. If you ever have a problem with delivery the service is non existent!

Sent a parcel to saudi arabia on 6th of sep been more than a month. Its not been delivered to its destination and instead of returning my parcel to me DPD delivered it to parcel monkey. After got a message from PM you have to pay certain amount to get your parcel paid that amount on 25th of September got an email on 26th your parcel has been despatched 24 recorded delivery via parcel force. Waited more than a week havent received anything. since then i have been sending emails to manager to everyone i could. tried to chat via web worst customer service i have ever seen! Every time i receive a message from someone telling me same thing contact to manager. submit a ticket. details passed on to relevant department.willl be in touch. As soon we get a response we will be in touch same thing over and over. Why cant you make it your priority to solve this problem. Its been more than a month. I have spoken to parcel force they said driver was there to collect the parcel PM refused to give parcel. I use PM for my business absolutely fine nothing ever anything happened like that. But Ill stop using their service now. And please solve this matter as soon as possible. I dont want you to tell me same thing over and over that contact to manger or return team will be in touch or details have been passed on to relevant department. As Im sick of listening same thing for over a month

One of the worst companies. When things go ok it fine. But when they go wrong they are a nightmare to deal with. I sent a parcel to canada. They sent it to canada and then randomly decided to send it to jordan. Customer service non existent. Absolute joke.

I took extra insurance. Short of it the parcel got broke in delivery, which I reported immediately and apart from realising their customer service is terrible have to wait for hours (or some cases over a day) for a reply. Then they said electrical items are not covered unless there is visible damage to the outside box. If you want to send something fragile, I would stay well clear of this website/company.
