Always use this great service, so simple and easy to use and great value for money. Sold an item on eBay would of been £16 at the Post Office, sent for £7 with Parcel Monkey! I chose DPD this time around, easy to get my label and they collected on the day. Kept me and the recipient up to date with text and emails so we knew what was going on. Recipient was out on the day of delivery, but caused no issue as they used the DPD to rebook a new delivery.
I will continue to use them whenever I make a sale on my eBay account. Nice one Parcel Monkey!

Absolute joke of a company!! Paid to insure my parcel which was left outside despite me stating the value of it. When parcel was reported missing on the 2nd November I have been ignored a number of times despite asking for a copy of the insurance policy I purchased from them. I was promised that the matter would be resolved by today (11th December) and once again I am being ignored. Would never use this company again!!

This is one of the worst companies I have even been in contact with and I wouldnt recommend them to my worst enemy. My package was supposed to be picked up five days ago and every single day it hasnt been, I had to contact customer support to ask why (never had a reach out from the company to say that there was an issue with the service, and obviously never got an explanation either) and had to rebook for the following day. Still waiting for the pick up. Really regret using and trusting this company. It is a waste of time - DONT USE PARCEL MONKEY

From what I hear from my eBay review, Parcel monkey did well. Customer mentioned the item, which was valuable needed to be handled with care arrive very quickly from the U.K. to the USA safe and sound.
The saving using parcel monkey was £50.00 cheaper than the post office. This included signed for tracked and insured.

Gr8 service, site very easy to negotiate, love that it give you the price for posting, so you can determine what size box you need to get and weight. Very impressed and will recommend to everyone.
Definitely post from England to France each Christmas with goodies. Only 3 days to arrive, so Stilton, bread, sausages etc will be be in the box.

The price was better than we’ve paid before. It was easy dropping off the parcel at my local post office and the labels were emailed quickly. One end of the parcel was open when it arrived, but nothing was missing.

First time using Parcel Monkey. Very pleased as usually use another courier service which is not as convenient as need to drop off at their depot. Using Parcel Monkey not only have I saved quite a bit on my annual parcel cost but was able to drop off at my local post office ( a two minute drive as opposed to a 20 min drive). Really good service and you get to check your options before committing yourself

Parcel was collected on time and transported to France in decent time and subsequently to Guadeloupe where it has now been in a sorting office (presumably) for 5 days. My daughters birthday present and some desperately needed belongings have therefore been sat apparently out for delivery on a van that doesnt know the island very well!

The whole process of organising the collection of my parcel and filling in the export documents was first class. Unfortunately I have since had to chase DPD as I have not had any communication about the status of my parcel 1 week after it was collected. Its a pity they have let you down.
