I am very pleased with the service and the prices!

My parcel was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday and it was delivered on Wednesday instead. This was because it was delivered to the wrong depot. Ridiculously and very unsatisfied. Tried to contact Parcel Monkey via online chat and was forever connecting. Waited for over 1 hour then gave up. Useless, will never use again.

Used parcelmonkey a few times now to get house hold items from the UK to France. Also used the service to send clothes. Delivery is fast and a great price cheaper than the post office or anywhere else Ive looked. I will continue to use parcel monkey for as long as I need items to be shipped.

Received updates as to what hour of day my parcel would be picked up and the parcel was collected within time frame stated. The package was delivered next day as per transaction. Excellent service unlike some other low cost couriers who never even turned up and had to wait over a week to receive refund.
Ill continue to use Parcel Monkey from now on for my courier deliveries.

EXCELLENT SERVICE - Reliable and efficient way of sending packages. Parcel Monkey provides the options for delivery that best suited our needs, timing and cost. Everything has run very smoothly so far. When we had to cancel and re-book delivery due to size/weight changes it was easy to do and refund for first booking received without fuss. Would recommend to others without hesitation.

They didnt give a time they were coming so my son had to wait in all day for collection. When my other son received the package there were many items broken, Dont know if its just my bad packing - Truthfully, I didn,t read the instructions. Funnily enough though, I would use them again or maybe do some research for a similar type of collection f9zst

Im sorry to say but this time wasnt good. Had booked the collection as usual but nobody turned up to collect it and my partner had stayed in all day. Ill give it another chance or take my custom elsewhere.

Dont use Parcel Monkey. I used them to send a parcel with Parcel force (Express24, next day delivery). My parcel wasnt collected by parcel force after I took a day off work to wait for the pick up. Unfortunately Parcel Forces own terms state that if you used a third party (such as parcel monkey) then you must take up any issues with them. I was told by parcel monkey that they dont accept responsibility for failed collections and that I fell into the 1% of cases which dont get delivered in time. Apparently when you agree to their terms you accept this and they claim there is no guarantee on deliveries (despite the fact that Parcel Forces own website states they guarantee next day service and refund 50% if the package isnt delivered on time). Next time I will use them for price comparison only and then book directly with the service provider. Their extensive T&C essentially protects them from offering any customer service.

Need better ways of allowing customers to have direct contact with customer service. Its really hard to find a number or an email and then on top of that when you do the customer service writes back to say they will contact you in 4 or 5 days? I mean how are you still in business?

Was a bit skeptical of using this service for international sends, and parcel delivery was delayed by a day but it arrived safe and sound. I was super happy with this service. My issues started after delivery. I got a email saying the parcel was calculated to be 1.3kg, and I got a charge automatically deducted from the card I paid with. Then I got another email a day later saying the parcel weight was actually 1.5kg, and I got another charge to my card. First off, my parcel was definitely less than 1kg when I weighed it sealed. Second of all, a double charge with conflicting weights? Im anticipating another one to come through stating theyre charging me another round as and when they deem fit. When I tried to dispute this I was told that I can only do so if I have photos of the package and the weight. WORD OF ADVICE: WEIGH YOUR PARCEL AND TAKE A PHOTO, and TAKE PHOTOS OF THE PACKAGE AGAINST A RULER for proof of dimension. Still waiting on a reply from the investigation.

Once I figured out that every e.mail that was sent had gone into my junk mails the service was very good and the parcel arrived in the described time. . The one thing that would make the process easier would be to have an e.mail or phone number for customer service without logging in. The issue I had was concerning my password and as I mentioned all my mails were going into junk. It did leave me very frustrated.
