Absolutely rubbish No email confirmation or labels to print off ect. Got collected promptly, driver assured me not to worry about the conformation or labels as he would sort that out. 7 days later and still no package on a next day delivery and as there is no email confirmation with reference.

Tracking on the parcel monkey site was not used as it was so far behind. I got the tracking details via the courier they used. No communication from parcel monkey that the package was even received from the pick up location. Parcel delivered later than scheduled. Charged extra because the box dimensions didnt match, as can be expected, however the calculation of the new volumetric weight doesnt match Courier calculations. No evidence provided of the measured dimensions, instead some nonsense about using state of the art laser scanners etc was mentioned; ok when were the scanners last calibrated and to which ISO method?

I cant even find the words to describe my issues with this company ! For 10 weeks now they have had my parcel ..it took 3 weeks to have it collected then they lost it,then they refunded me, after some 20 emails by me they found it at Heathrow ..I requested it be sent and repaid the fee, I received 4 emails telling me I had not paid !!! when I had proof I had ..the email you get from the company are all incompetent and frustrating I feel I am just talking to a answer machine service I now find out they are returning my parcel because The customs declaration was not complete !! AAARRRRGHHH 10 bloody weeks and I am back at the start again Please dont use this company all you will get is grey hair You never get to talk to a real person I dont even know who my courier is so I can contact them direct ....this is worrying I am so upset that my parcel will be lost again ..I have entrusted the wrong company with some very precious possessions of mine this is my second warning on this site and despite the "I will look into this " response I got back still nothing was done. I sent 2 parcels to greece to a friend of mine,they arrived within 4 or 5 days to him damage free. ????

We have nothing but praise for the service we received from Parcel Monkey. The service provider we choose from the ones PM recommended was Parcel Force and we cannot sing their praises highly enough. We booked our parcel to be delivered to Canada on Monday. It was collected Tues morning and was delivered to our daughter in Canada on Friday. We just cant get over the 1st class service they proved and will be using them again soon and would recommend them to everyone.
We were a little concerned at first as we had just been badly let down by one parcel delivery company and was unsure what to expect; but no worries.

Sent 6 boxes and a suitcase on Friday 20th October (7 pieces total) and as of today Thursday 26th I only received 5 boxes and the suitcase... Service is good but missing one box!

I sent two parcels, one to Germany and one to Australia - neither of which have arrived yet. The parcel for Germany was supposed to take two days and still hadnt arrived after 3 days. The parcel for Australia was 4-7 days collected on 19 October. Tracking stated delivery on 30 October which makes it 11 days.

It’s hard to find words to tell you just how appalling the service from Parcel Monkey has been... My experience had been much the same as another gentleman who reviewed them this evening. Plenty of emails but never once actually answering a query! My letter should have been collected on Friday from a Drop off Shop (Sainsburys) it wasn’t so I queried.... I had the same big standard response for days... we’re waiting to hear from the courier. I told them my letter had to get to South Africa this week - the reason I chose the 3-4 day option. I asked them to telephone the courier to get to the bottom of the problem - they told me it was not possible to call them. That is a lie - when I spoke to DPD, they told me they regularly speak to Parcel Monkey staff regarding queries. I was told on Monday the reason for the lack of response was because the courier’s CS department don’t work over the weekend. That is a lie! I was also told DPD’s CS team take 24-48 hours to respond to queries - that too is a lie! They have a dedicated team (Make it Right team) who guarentee they will respond to all queries within 90 minutes. I chased this for days... 5 days!!! My letter should have arrived in South Africa yesterday, it actually only left the U.K. this afternoon. Parcel Monkey added a little note to my tracking info last night saying... the estimated delivery would be next Monday (almost a week after it should have arrived)!!!! This morning I got this... bear in mind my letter should have been delivered yesterday and I have been in seemingly constant contact since last Friday... “Although we want to give you an update from time to time, we can only do so once we receive new information regarding your parcel.” I did what they say not to do yesterday, I contacted DPD myself and for the first time I spoke to somebody who was able to help me. PM should have done this days ago!!!! This was the last correspondence I had from them this afternoon.. the first 3 paragraphs were presumably a template and then... this!!! . “Further in this regard, we use different communication chanal with DPD the direct customers. The tracking shows delivery between this time as standard, this message is shown on all DPD delivery till more accurate time know.” God only knows what that means??? I have asked, nobody has replied! That beauty was in response to the FAO Manager support ticket I was asked to open by Mike yesterday afternoon. He asked me to do that when he read the review I posted yesterday. This arrived more than 24 hours later?!!! So in summary, the 3-4 day delivery will not happen - because the parcel was not collected until 4 days after it was dropped off!!! I have been asked to let them know when it arrives so they can look into the possibility of a refund?!!!!!’ Seriously, if you use them and you require support DO NOT waste your time with them. I would strongly suggest bypassing anyone at Parcel Monkey! They will not help you. They will lie to you and blame the courier for days and days on end without ever answering your actual query! My letter was missed last Friday - that is down to the courier BUT, it could have been located first thing the next morning had Parcel Monkey highlighted the problem to them when I asked them to... instead they have spent 5 days telling me nothing at all about the status of my letter. If you value your sanity and want to keep a normal blood pressure - DO NOT USE THEM!!! NOT EVER!!!
