Had two boxes shipped that arrived in shocking condition and with half of the contents damaged beyond repair. Absolutely disgraceful. The delivery partner was DPD.

Service was okay. Collected very late in the day without any help on smaller time frame. Online chat useless and verging on rude. Very robotic. Item got there quickly and in one piece for fair price.

Carriers are great, parcel monkey is rubbish. No help whatsoever if there is a problem. All you get is automated responses and no one gets back to you. do not use

Terrible. I sent 3boxes well packaged and wrapped and marked as this way up. Only 1 arrived at the destination in Swansea. The driver just said the other 2 were smashed. Great. Thanks.

First class. They text us all the way through the delivery until the parcel was signed for. What time the parcel would be picked up to the minute and what time it was signed for. Would certainty use this company again.????.

My parcel was not picked up on the day arranged even though I had paid I higher price for the service. Fault of the driver and although Parcelforce Portadown had lovely customer care I have never been offered either a refund or an apology.

This was the first time I used them and will definitely use them again. It was easy to book a courier online, they arrived the next day to collect as promised (Ive used other similar companies and the couriers never turn up on the days they should), it was easy to track to my parcels progress. Cant fault them so far.

Parcelforce were pretty useless by not even coming on chose pickup day. Not having a pickup time window is rather rubbish so wont use them again. Weirdly you can speak to courier customer service but not Parcelmonkey.

Unfortunately they didnt do their job at all and just wasted 5 of my days waiting. I have ordered their service, paid with credit card. Courier was supposed to pick up my parcel friday (2 days after my order). Wednesday it was still in system as "scheduled for pick up". I chat with them, the lady said I have to book it again. (anf thenm what? wait again?) What tthe F? They are not serious...

When I took my parcel ( a pair of crutches so long and thin!)to the post office they were going to charge 55£ to send it to Spain. Parcel monkey did it for 22£ and arrived 5 days after posting from the uk so very pleased.
Good clear instruction on what to do.
Will use again.

Booked on Thursday and all web promo information and the confirmation email said next day service for delivery. Only when i checked the tracking did I find out it was to be Monday. On inquiry through on line help they said next day means next working day but that was nowhere disclosed. in any event the courier failed to pick up on the Friday and so next day from Thursday would have turned into next week Tuesday, at the earliest, assuming they picked up on their next offer of Monday. I cancelled. Disappointingly rubbish and wont be using them again. ( and I needed to wait 10 mins before on line help actually responded)

My parcel from UK arrived, and was cleared at customs, in Botswana within five days! They were delivered to me in a village with no post code and no road map. I directed the driver, and got my parcel with all the contents intact. I am extremely happy with the hassle free service I received.

they screwed up my first delivery, on the second re booking nothing happens for 5 days then they tell me they lost it, they to cap it all off they say they cannot offer any compensation as i didnt take out the extra cover, the cover which is for damage.. Not there employyess STEALING my package.. I will never use robbing theives parcel monkey ever again, and would reccomend everyone to think twice.. there is other more reputable companies out there ... parce2go will be my main courier now..
