Fab company, I have used them many times to send parcels to Canada, and have always been happy with service and delivery times.
I also use parcel monkey at work for sending books both within the UK and overseas and we have never had a problem.

I went on parcelmonkey website on 15/12/17 to arrange for parcel with Christmas presents in for my 5 year old grandson in new zealand. They couldnt collect the parcel until 18/12/17. I arranged a day off work to be in when the courier came. I waited in all day no phone call or email informing me that my parcel wasnt going to be collected.I have had at the reviews on their website and it looks like I am not the only person that has waiting in all day waiting for the parcelmonkey courier to collect parcels from their customers today. I feel that I have been total let down and miss lead by parcelmonkey and they shouldnt be allowed to take money off their customers for the service they provide if they are unable to provide the service they advertise on their website. have..They are not in my position whereas I will have to inform my 5 year old grandson that he will probable receive his Christmas presents in the New Year. Due to me waiting for 3 days until parcelmonkey could collect the parcel and then not collecting the parcel on the arrange day.

This is the second time I’ve used Parcel Monkey and have already recommended it to family and friends (and they’ve started to use it too!). I cannot fault the ease of booking, delivery options to suit everything, the price (especially when compared to Royal Mail!) and the delivery service itself. Will happily continue to use and recommend.

Wanted to send a gift to my friend in Israel so booked delivery through Parcel Monkey with collection on Monday. I provided my work address, waited till 8pm but no one came. Contacted their customer service and had to wait 30min for every question I asked. When I asked why no one came today, they said go for a full refund or rebook it, no explanation no apology... Would not recommend!

Not happy. My parcel was collected from me on the 12th December for next day delivery. According to the complicated tracking info it was tried to be delivered on the 15th. Today (18th December) I have been contacted from the the person expecting the parcel to say they havent received it. I am presuming because of their contact with me there has been no card left, if delivery was attempted

Absolutely faultless!!! parcel collected within time slot.... delivered 48 hours to France!! Tracked and emails updated as to where it was. Delivery slot given to address in France was also kept on time !

I was expecting a 4pm sameday collection, the courier showed up after 11pm!! I spoke to your advisors online chat, Belle said she would get back to me via email with a solution. Never recieved an email. So I had to revert back to the online chat, again I got Belle who said they could no longer collect. Im still waiting for my refund.... first & last time Ill ever use Parcel Monkey!

I dropped my parcel off at one of the designated Dpd collection points 12 days ago (yes, 12 days!) and it still hasnt got to its destination. Bear in mind delivery time was meant to be 3-4 days. Having just tracked the parcel, Im completely mystified by the fact it only left the UK yesterday and "its on its way to Italy". When is it going to get there? Totally unacceptable.

Ive rescheduled collection 4 times now over a period of 7 days and its still sat here with no reason explained to me why its being delayed. Terrible service
