Terrible service they picked up items and never delivered them. But still charged full money for no service and no delivery. They said the items in parcels were restricted goods....they were wooden benches??? I have complained and they have just said sorry we are keeping the money....dont use!!!! better to go straight to courier company as then you can have some form of customer service if they dont deliver your items

I booked a collection through parcel monkey over a week ago. The parcel was collected by DPD and then disappeared from their tracking system. I contacted Parcel Monkey a few days ago to find out where my parcel is and have just received standard automated replies ever since. They are constantly telling me they have contacted the courier and are looking into it. On Friday they sent me an email telling me it was lost and I should make a claim, but I couldnt make a claim as I hadnt paid the extra. I phoned DPD yesterday to track down the parcel and it turns out it has been delivered to the parcel monkey office. I have informed parcel monkey of this, but they still keep sending me the standard response saying they are looking into this with the courier, or it has been passed to their claims department. They have my parcel now and couldnt care less, still trying to get someone to acknowledge that they have it and send it on to me. The customer service is absolutely pointless, they give you no information at all and its like banging your head against a wall.

Nothing to say. They do what they say they will do. Occasional glitches on labels by email, but other than that very good service. Labels problem sorted within 20 minutes.

Although the second cheapest cost to send,a few of my ceramics were broken ,i tried for dcompensation but after looking into my claim it was rejected, BE CAREFUL, the items are insured free but not covered Please read what is not covered,you may be surprised there is hardly anything that is covered,inc ceramics,sim cards,and nearly everything else.

Really clear and simple quote and order process. Was able to track my parcel easily and it arrived within the 3 day quoted timeframe. Was so much cheaper than Royal Mail and will definitely use Parcel Monkey again - have already recommended it to friends and family.

Parcel Monkey only ever send out invitations to rate them on Trustpilot to customers who havent had a problem with a shipment. For example my last shipment was fine, and I got an invite to write this, however the previous was problematic and no invite was sent. So the reviews on here are effectively skewed in PMs favour. In the majority PM related shipments are fine, however when they go wrong save yourself time and dont bother trying to sort it out. Their customer service department is both unable and unwilling to solve problems, but they do read a good script at you, repeatedly.

Sent a very important package via Parcel Monkey on the 6th September which was sent back to the UK due to some issues. It was received back at Parcel Monkey on the 13th September which was signed for by one of their employees. I have then had to chase DPD myself for all this information as there is no contact number for Parcel Monkey. They have since located my package (exactly 1 month later!) and I am still waiting for it to be posted back to me. They constantly ignore my bid for help and information and when I do get a response its the most unhelpful, fobbed off messages on the planet! This is the worst company I have ever EVER had to deal with and as a business I will not be using them again. DO NOT USE PARCEL MONKEY!

disgusting company zero customer service and 4 days to deliver an item i paid for a saturday service parcel monkey have done nothing help nor have they returned my funds i paid they have no customer service phone number and the live chat is ignorant and rude i do not recc this company it is a disaster to deal with

Booked and paid for 48 hour delivery . Took day off work waited in all day . Never arrived checked website In The evening stated attempted to deliver absolute rubbish. Telephoned the next day to explain the waste of time and asked for reason of the no show . All I got back was oh well its on the van today . Came at 6.10 wont use again

Send a small parcel to Pakistan containing some medicines and the recipient had to pay £120 of tax to receive it, seriously !!!!! AVOID at all cost

All parcels sent with us are sent as DDU delivery duty unpaid. Customs in any country can charge duties/taxes on any foreign item entering their land and unfortunately, we have no control over this as we have no contact with customs.

The collection service was perfect.
A negative would be that the requires printer UI was unintuitive and I ended up selecting an option which required a printer despite trying my best to not do so.
