Id really like to give zero here. Lies and more lies. A aprcel sent through them in June ended up coming back to the UK and they have disposed of it without consulting us. And then they hide behind some offshore "live chat" Shockingly bad service and I will never use them again. Cheap is only cheap when it works.

Only reason Why Im using Parcel monkey is the price. If you need to track a parcel or there is some issue with your parcel is better just to ring the courier directly. PM customer service is not on top quality same as the tracking service.

Smooth transaction. Parcel collected when promised and delivered promptly. A little more communication between collection and delivery - there was a weekend in the middle - would have made it perfect.

Hi the worst service what I used before. Company promised 3-4 days delivery time thats why I.choosed them. I dropped off the parcel at the depot to not waiting for collection. Was keep tracking my parcel so The first 3 days beeb waited to leave the Aberdeen depot thats was the drop off point as well. We are over a week and the parcel still sitting in Germany. I will feel.myself lucky if my parcel will arrive after two weeks. The reason I choosed This service as I did sent my previous parcel. Now Im very disappointed I thought I can use this delivery service as regular like 2 parcel weekly.

The day of the collection the driver never showed up. I tried to contact Parcel monkey without success. Ended up contacting DPD even though it specifically said not to. They told me that the driver had said the property was closed. That was a lie as it is a buildibg with several flats and I took the day off work and did not leave the house the whole day. On the second day I got a message that collection would be done between 1pm and s 2 pm but they did not show until 5pm. This has cost me 2 days of work. Not happy at all.

A) The delivery date is long after the date given before i ordered. B) there is no phone number to contact the delivery company. although there is a chat or email address, from the feedback others have left one can deduce that its a waste of time. SO FOR ME THIS IS A ZERO RATED COMPANY

We are business sellers and not happy with few recent service by DPD in relationship with parcel monkey. We sell on ebay and recently our sold items sent outside UK has been delayed or lost.

Your drop off centre at Currys PC world is full of irresponsible staff and manager. The parcel was dropped there on 27th Sep before noon but they kept returning the driver for 3 days saying there is nothing for collection. They only found the parcel to be lying in their storage area after I spent an hour in the store chasing the manager and another staff member. It was only collected after 3 days when I had to spend the entire day on phone with DPD staff to arrange re-collection as there were original documents to be received by the receipient by 5th Oct for a visa appointment. Now the parcel expected delivery is 9th Oct and the appointment had to be cancelled. What was the point in paying for a 2-4 days service if this the appalling standard of people working for you ??

Very easy website to use and very reliable. My only small quibble is that if the chosen courier doesnt deliver to the recipients address you only find that out at the very last stage. It would be good if this info could somehow be given when you type in the recipients address.

I am disappointed by the poor service I have received from Parcel Monkey/ TrakPak. My parcel was due for collection by TrakPak on Tuesday 3rd October 2017 but no one came to collect it. Customer service advises; "I am very sorry to hear that your parcel was not collected by the couriers. We take the booking and hand the details to the carrier who then instruct the driver to come and collect the parcel(s)".

Shocking company avoid at all costs. Paid for 2 parcels to be delivered. No labels were emailed to me so couldnt deliver parcels and had to arrange another courier through another courier.com. Parcelmonkey kept my money and have failed to respond to any email. Dreadful criminal company.

Worth recommend to friends to use. 值得推荐朋友使用。DPD IS VERY GOOD. not recommended use DX delivery service. The driver was very very terrorist。 drop off my parcel to outside my house of road . Not move into my house. The man still said my company doesnt have this rule to move the item into your home. It was let me very very upset.

Awful company, avoid at all costs !! especially if sending freight. Booked a parcel through DX frieght, they did not collect on the first arranged day and did not notify me of why i had to contact parcel monkey to re-arrange, they again failed to turn up. contacted parcel monkey again they said they could not help as they were not the courier but also that i could not contact the courier directly. Ignored the advice and contacted the courier myself directly and re-arranged. It was then collected and took 5 days to be be delivered even though i payed for a next day service @ £70 for the parcel. Called DX to complain after three days of the parcel not being delivered and was offered a full refund, told i had to contact parcel monkey for them to send me my money back. this all happened between 24/08/17 - 01/09/17 and so far as of 03/10/17 i still have not received my refund despite some 15 messages !. Rubbish company, rubbish customer service. An absolute embarrassment to themselves !
