Collected and delivered to both Denmark and the USA in 3 days - not bad in December !

Absolutely appalling service. Order placed which quickly went to "Problem Status" on address. Initially got hold of them and they "fixed" the address and said labels within 30 mins. Order stayed in "Problem Status" and no labels. Following this, no response at all from Support anymore. Tried email, chat etc. It says "Support Online" but no one reading the messages. They do not change to "Read", no response to emails or support tickets. My second support request is listed as 01 January 1970 too. Now have £30 sat with them, no labels, no chance of collection on time, no method of contact. AVOID these.

Brilliant and easy to use. Cost effective pricing, unfussy label printing (only had to print one label for the package whereas competitors had me printing out five or six) and the courier arrived in a one-hour window on the scheduled day. Package arrived on the other side of the world within fives days and in one piece. Does just what is says on the box with no stress.

Vey incompetent, people not willing to help. The parcel was sent on 8th of December and it was due to arrive on 14th of December however it hasnt arrived yet. I have asked the company to track my parcel since last Thursday and still I have no information about what is going on and why it is delayed that much. Although they say that the parcels are fully tracked I can only track it until it leaves the UK. The parcel is full of Christmas presents and although I sent it 20 days before Christmas I very much doubt that it will arrive on time, if its not lost. Overall terrible and very stressful experience!!!

My items were not collected. No way of gettin*in touch with you. Take no responsiblity and I have had to spend a lot of time over numerous expensive phone calls chasing the courier you linked me up with. You have taken payment and I still have not have had the service that i paid for. Have to now wait another week before these items can be apparently collected. Lost one days money to wait in all day and now have no faith that this collection will even happen.

I will never ever use parcel monkey again!!! Driver never turned up twice... waited in the whole day no one came... contact PM via chat... chat guys fake forever to reply. No reason given for the no show... copy and pasted. 3rd attempt driver did arrive... spent so much wasted time on these guys... never again

I chose a 2 day priority international option with Parcel Force at extra cost. Its been over a week and my parcel has still not arrived. This was from London UK to Germany so nothing out of the norm. In future I will pay the extra and use a real courier to get the job done.

Parcel not collected. No meaningful feedback from Parcel Monkey. Parcel Monkey promised to collect next day... but still not collected. Effectively NO SERVICE...

Sorry to hear your parcel was not collected, Parcel Monkey are not a courier and so do not make the collections. We contact the courier you select via our quote engine to arrange the service and rebook with them if required, so apologies that the courier then failed to make the collection.

A little disappointed that the cost of the customs documentation and clearance fee was not made upfront. DPDs last leg partner Dawn Wing in South Africa charged me additional fees of R360 (~20GBP) to just process the parcel through customs. Had I have known this, I would have used another service like Aramex which doesnt have such fees

Well I needed to get a parcel from one end of the country to another, I found this outfit online and paid for a same day service - I anticipated problems and pointing at contracts - but no - there werent any, I was also able to track my parcel in near real-time while in transit.
Given the same circumstances Id use them again

Was initially a little worried as DPD didn’t turn up on the allotted day ( and DPD had put in the tracker that they had turned up and the parcel wasn’t ready which was a little annoying given that it had been ready and we stayed in all day for them to pick it up ). However, they turned up the following day and parcel delivered UK to France in three days which is great. I would be slightly worried if something really did go wrong as it is not obvious on the site how you would contact anybody

Id be lost without parcelmonkey, huge savings for some very good courier services. I use parcelforce most always, even when lower priced options available as theyve been more than fantastic. My latest parcel was to America, nearly 8kg for £51 and got there in 3 days...amazing price through parcelmonkey and amazing service through parcelforce! My only regret was only discovering parcelmonkey a couple years ago and not sooner!
