Parcel Monkey played their part OK. But the service I purchased, Parcelforce 24 was a complete let-down. My parcel was collected the day after I placed the order (Wed 13 December), but was not delivered until PM on Monday 18 December. I think that is more than a 24 hour service (even allowing for getting across the Irish Sea.

The parcel has still not arrived 7 days after drop off. It was in Lincoln for 5 days! Not VG service, 8 days later and it still hasnt been delivered!

I used this site over Christmas and found them the cheapest for next day delivery using Uk mail. Services from both companies were efficient. Will be using again in the future

I can’t believe how fast their service was . I ordered delivery pick up for six boxes on a Tuesday , they colllected them on Wednesday. They arrived at their destination on Saturday .. the boxes were being sent from Scotland to America. .. I ordered a delivery pick up from some one else before I found parcel monkey and they were sent a week before and arrived four days after my order from parcel monkey. I would tell anyone to use this site. I honestly don’t know how my items are inside as they are in America, but was told the boxes weren’t damaged at all .. so a definite ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Do not use this company! Never had such a bad experience. Their website, trying to get in contact with them is nearly impossible. If you do finally manage to get to chat to someone, it takes them 8-12 minutes before they read and response to you. The agents dont really seem to know their bussiness regarding international customs and they just leave you hanging and dont respond. I have gone to another company who might be slightly more expensive but sooo much worth it. True saying for this company: If you pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

It has been more than horrible the experience I had with Parcel Monkey, not only they lost my parcel but it’s been more than a month since I first claimed the delay and all they said so far is that they are investigating the incident!! Investigating what?? And for how much longer?? They still haven’t got back to me with a proper solution, didn’t even offered to pay back the insured content Very unprofessional and unreliable !!

I have had over 12 parcels be sent using parcel monkey. Every single one ends up with a problem or way over the expected delivery time. Useless service, false advertising time scales which are incorrect. Also got billed for £35, for an overweight parcel by 20kg!!! Imagine me getting the parcel 20kg underweight, shocking service and terrible employees

Lost my parcel which is worth £500+ and are hopeless in tracking it down I did loads of homework and found out that the parcel hasn’t even arrived in first part of shipment!!!!!
