The carrier USP collected the parcel prptly. The driver was very professional and checked our documentation.
It was sent to the USA using their cheapest tariff.
Your site stated that it would take 1-2 days.
We felt this was unlikely with the best will in the world.
The parcel was off to South Carolina, 48 hours to the hour from pick up it was delivered to our happy customer.

My friend posted my airpods to me from the US to UK using a parcelmonkey label. It got lost and was marked as delivered in North Carolina. I can see on find my iphone that the airpods are in a random location in the middle of nowhere and have been there for months. I tried emailing parcelmonkey to help me and they continued to gaslight me and go around in circles, claiming there was nothing they could do. I had no compensation. Never use this service.

Charged me £76 for a parcel that originally cost £10 when it wasnt overweight. Theyve provided no evidence and just charged straight to my card. Avoid at all costs
