Thought Id booked it for courier to bring Label Contacted Customer Services on Live Chat and told I hadnt So I asked if a Label could be provided the person on Chat said she would get in touch with the Courier and get back to me via email I heard nothing back so I had to walk a 3.5 mile round trip to get the Label printed off at a garage and Im disabled not very happy with the Service Then the courier did bring a Label to put the lid on it

Happy with the collection and the helpful driver. It was easy to track the driver and he arrived at the expected time by the tracking process. What I did find with parcel monkey was that they we’re happy with 2 large parcels and as a person with a disability the driver was quite happy to ensure that the parcels were adequately packaged for me. Also the tracking facility was able to show me that the parcels were delivered. In fact the parcels were delivered earlier than expected which was brilliant as I had a deadline to keep. Thank you parcel monkey, I recommend you and will definitely use you again should the need presents it’s self.

I regularly use Parcel Monkey for my international shipments, the services offered are quick and very reasonably priced. Customer service has always been amazing, the agents are always quick to respond and keen to help.

I had a really frustrating experience with Parcel Monkey and Force Parcel. So, heres the deal: Force Parcel couldnt ship overseas due to restricted items, but Parcel Monkey wouldnt give me a refund or an official letter from Force Parcel stating that they wouldnt issue a refund. Dealing with their lack of cooperation was a headache. Its like theyre trying to scam their customers. Id definitely advise people to steer clear of them to avoid getting caught up in their shady practices. Sharing this warning could help others stay away from potential scams.

Competitive price, Shocking website, crushing, impossible to print without screen shots. I wasted 1.5 hpurs for 1 parcel, I did the restof the parcels with Royal mail

I would strongly recommend to use direct service with DPD, Royal Mail or anything but this monkey business. They are absolutly no good for when you need to send that urgent precious parcels where sentiment are involved. They dont have no sympathy and just say its the couriers fault and will take 48 hours to get a response when you should have had the parcel in your hand. They do not send instructions to pickup and are unreliable. Never again..

VERY BAD SERVICE. I SENT A PARCEL ON JANUARY 9, 2024, AND IT IS STILL IN TRANSIT. TODAY DATE IS MARCH 3, 2024. THIS IS THEIR RESPONSE. Well contact you as soon as the courier response. THEY HAVE BEEN TELLING ME THIS THING FOR MORE THAN A MONTH.

A charge of £76 taken from my account without any notice due to wrong dimension of parcel. Now lets say i got the size wrong there is no way any courier would charge an extra £76 on top of the £22 already paid. will never use them again there pocketing money for themselves

I have been 24 years in the UK and sending parcels to Ireland the postal service, always stressful and slow, this Christmas, I paid £34 to send presents only to have them returned to me 2 weeks later, the Monday before Christmas, I googled and found you guys, My parcel was delivered 48hours later, I will never look anywhere again. This week, a parcel arrived in 24 hours, I used your company but chose a different courier, I couldnt be more happy! Thank you :-)

still sad because I had to find a way to print my own labels. Id pay double if you could just pick up my package and get it where its going, because the delivery service selection itself was solid.
So close to a perfect solution to the problem that is shipping international! But dont let perfect be the enemy of good, these guys simplified the process immensely. Strong recommend.

Parcel left house in Uk on Monday delivered to house in Calgary Thursday.It takes my breath away will definitely use Parcel Monkey again! Astonishing.
Post office, you’re dead. Had 48 hour parcel tracked to PostOffice locally on Monday out for re delivery on Tuesday, Wednesday Thursday, Friday and finally delivered on Saturday. Excuse, agency labour didn’t turn up.

Collection of parcel was attempted at time earlier than requested when shop was shut even though I had specifically given instructions not to attempt pick up before 10am. They did not attempt to collect again and no explanation other than "no one available at time" was given. Totally unacceptable.

Courier didnt turn up on the requested date! I had to deliver the item myself, as item was time sensitive. 6 hour 300 mile drive. Now Courier wont even refund the cost of parcel delivery let alone re-fund me for time and petrol etc. Absolute shambles.
