My parcel was never picked up (Tuesday) by Parcel Force. I stayed in all day waiting and was told when I phoned (Parcel Force) the next morning (Wednesday), that my parcel was rejected at the door. No one came to my door. It was then rebooked for the next day (Thursday) but was only told that, after being told someone from the depot would call me within 2 hours but didnt, when I called to follow up 3 hours later. Thursday came and again no one turned up. Ended up having to take my parcel to the post office myself. Bit difficult when it was a very large box and over 11kg!

Another parcel lost, claimed to be "Out for Delivery 12h00-14h00 on December 30th 2023, not seen since. Neither has a service from the euphemistically named Customer Service which is a Bot that collect information, makes promises but like Evri cant deliver. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND THE SERVICES THAT USE EVRI

Collected on time and delivered on time. Only problem was lack of information that you had delivered the parcel.

UPS guaranteed next day delivery if parcel was dropped by 1pm on Saturday. Parcel was dropped at 12:40 but it was not delivered until Tuesday

Will never use again. Booked a parcel delivery, never got the postal instructions. Went on to my account, it said contact us as there is a problem, no indication as to what was wrong. Checked all info on my delivery, it was all correct. Went to contact CS dept but no phone number. Had to use web form only to be told they dont work weekends?! I was supposed to drop this on Saturday, my day off! You identified the problem, you should contact me!!! not tell me to contact you then have no way of doing so. Atrocious customer service. I have demanded my money back and will never use Parcel Monkey again, they had ONE job to do and couldnt even do that correctly, or put it right in a reasonable timescale as they are too cheap to provide a phone number, let alone man it on a weekend.

Needed to send a parcel to Germany, tried Royal Mail and price was over £50.
Postal worker advised me to try Parcel Monkey.
Got an online quote for £22 fully insured via Royal Mail…Same service less than half price.
Took parcel to post office and it was delivered in a few days.

I selected the option that didnt require a printer, paid £88 for the courier service and was sent a label to print out. I want a refund, but their website conveniently doesnt have any contact details.

I paid for a service for 3 day delivery. Its now two weeks later and the parcel is still not even left customs. Why did I pay for a higher price if the delivery is still not even delivered. I find this appauling. Advertisement of delivery expectations should be more realistic or I should be refund some money back to the lower price of delivery due to the fact my parcel is still not got the destination. & Customer service with the actual courier takes 2 days to give a response. and Ive had two emails over the space of 2 weeks.

So much better than DPD, they charge twice as much, turn up at the sender without a label then send the label to me. And refuse to return payment.
But thank you parcel monkey, it was a breeze to complete your online forms.
The package was collected from the seller and the courier had a label. It was collected on time and delivered equally by a courteous driver.

First time of using Parcel Monkey and very impressed. For whatever reason it was cheaper to use Parcel Monkey to send my parcel by Parcelforce 48, dropping it off at the Post Office myself, than it would have been to pay at the Post Office. Will use again if I need to send any large / heavy parcels.

WOW, where to start, these guys are nasty and vindictive! Ive used them for years but wont any longer. I needed to send something to Europe next day for someone who is ill, i went on their website and got a quote, it said "delivery in 1 day", "via air express", thought all good, paid £53 and went ahead and booked, and throughout the booking process there was noting to indicate otherwise and it being really expensive also assured me it was 1 day delivery. Item was collected by Courier and on their website it stated delivery within 5 days, got me thinking... Turns out what they sold me was false advertising, they sell something called Courier International Air Worldwide, which is 1-6 days, but they fail to mention the other 5 days and call Air Worldwide Air Express lol, and they are doing the same with other methods too, like Parcel Force Euro Economy at 2-3 Days (its in the name economy and takes weeks) ha! I raised this with them and they turned around and said you sent a prohibited item (food) so our service is no longer open to you and get lost (prohibited items list and we will, therefore, be unable to offer you our services at this time), aka we wont answer your question on why we mis sold you. Yeah, i made a error in what i sent but i did not expect them to shut me down like that, a slap to the face to say the least and got off with my £53 pound. But worth pointing out that when filling out the customs declaration on their website, there are no red flags or anything stopping you from progressing if the item is prohibited according to them - so they facilitate sending prohibited items? They literally create the customs invoice for you (and i have always sent food, and when ive had issues previously and asked questions about the customs invoice no one has ever pointed out i cant send food) So yeah, nasty, vindictive and not very nice at all, actually really gobsmacked the way they have treated me. So onto getting some legal advise and speaking to the bank to try and get my £53 back.
