Logical easy to navigate website. I found a great price to send a Christmas package to Canada. Clear instructions, easy to print off the label and customs declaration. The parcel arrived in Vancouver 3 days after posting with Parcelforce. Brilliant!

Sent 2 parcels with different couriers in Christmas week through Parcel Monkey, one within UK and one to Hong Kong. Both collected from home and arrived at recipients within days in time for Christmas as promised. Shipments were very easy to book - labels, customs documents and instructions were very clear. A parcel destined for the US, mailed thro Parcel Monkey 12 December has been in the Netherlands since 20th December. Onward service was Evri which I have not had issues with previously. The parcel was intended to be chocolates for the Christmas holidays or whenever they arrive!

My parcel which was a Christmas present to my nephew abroad was unexpectedly returned to me after just a few days. Apparently DPD says no value was inputted on the invoice but the customs invoice generated by my order clearly stated I had inputted £10 there. Parcel Monkey was not helpful in investigating how this error happened and it took me to prompt several times to get a refund, but with still no answer to how this parcel could fail to send. So my parcel will not reach my nephew on time for Christmas and I will be reluctant to use Parcel Monkey again for international parcels.

If I could have rated 0 stars I would have! I booked in a delivery but unfortunately it arrived damaged. I had to pay the customer full compensation as a result. Totally unacceptable! As a seller this deters me from using this service in future. Merry Christmas

this is first time I have used Parcel Monkey and I am very pleased. The parcel i was sending was too big for my usual carrier, so went to Parcel Monkey, they came up with a carrier who did an excellent service, coleccted from my house and delivered to reciepient in the time scale given. Will definatly be using them for all my future parcel sending.

If I could choose zero stars I would. Parcel posted to Germany on 12th Dec stuck in Basildon since 16th Dec. Contact us replies are quick but Parcel Monkey have no clue where or when the parcel can be delivered! Christmas ruined for recipient!

Everything worked well, for an international parcel, with a competetive price too. But only 4 stars because the label and proforma invoice process and printing wasnt perfect. It dropped a line from the address and the initial instructions on contents listing was misleading.
