U collected my parcell gave me a PM number which didnt show up delivery ,when i contacted online chat was told parcel delivered 7th ? Then later had an email to say parcel was delivered19th yet the company still cant confirm that you have delivered the parcel

Very complete service and my parcel arrived at the address in the USA in 2 days - amazing.

I sent 12Kg parcel, declared as 15Kg to avoid disputes.
ParcelMonkey contracted UPS to deliver. UPS subsequently deemed parcel weight was 40Kg, so ParcelMonkey applied UPS excess weight charge £43.29 to my credit card. ParcelMonkey have not yet responded to request to dispute this charge.
Additionally, customs delays held up delivery by 4 working days.
In retrospect I would:
1. Use a specified carrier rather than ParcelMonkey who sub-contract the delivery
2. Collect seems an easy solution, but take parcel to carrier drop-off point and ensure parcel dimensions and weight validated there
3.Include ORIGINAL purchase invoice (to avoid customs delays)
4. Allow for customs delays and charges

It was an international shipment which took a couple of days more than stated, although I believe this was more a fault of UPS not picking up from the parcel point for over a day. The Parcel Monkey labels etc were easily accessible compared to other compare websites I have used. I would use again.

The service was advertised as delivering to Spain in 3 - 5 days. The package was sent on 12th February, it is now 19th February and the package still hasnt been delivered. The Parcel Force tracking link provided shows that the parcel has been prepared for export but that it is still in the UK. After several calls to various helplines I was informed about the Spanish tracking service Correos which shows that the parcel was classified at a Spanish Logistics Centre at 10.32 on 16th February but still isnt out for delivery. I am VERY dissatisfied with this service.
