The parcel didnt arrive in time. Said 2-3 days ... and 12 days later still nothing. Its pointless now as the recipient are travelling abroad today :(

Terrible, charged me £10 to send the item and then a week later took £72 from my account for the parcel being over the dimensions paid for. I should have been told at the time of booking. I will never use this service again

My parcel was for my daughter in a town in the Canadian Rockies. I dropped it off at the local collection point and a week after collection it was on my daughters doorstep. I could track it and also see the stages of its journey. I am impressed with the service of Parcel Monkey and UPS and will use them again.

UPS atrocious service - unclear instructions on site re customs forms, number of copies to print and declaring as gift for international postage. Should not be recommend as service, most un-user friendly company ever. Plus slow delivery at premium price.

Not picked up on the date Courier stated we were unavailable 2 of us in the flat all day secure entry with buzzer that would wake the dead no buzzer no attempt to collect the parcel Called customer service explained it was going to Australia for my 5 yr old nephews Xmas Despite the fact it was their fault and I paid for priority service ( over £100) I had to wait from Thursday to Monday for it to be collected! Probably wont get it for Xmas Never again

I had almost given up hope of getting a parcel to Spain before Christmas. Went on to Parcel Monkey and took the parcel to the recommended collection point - too late for that days collection. Despair! Left the parcel anyway for next day collection. Was amazed and delighted when recipient let me know the parcel arrived in Spain the day after - excellent service. Very happy customer.

Utter bunch of uncaring useless fraudsters with hidden charges and zero customer sympathy. DO NOT USE. Remember the phrase if a deal seams too good to be true? I so wish Id seen the negative Trust Pilot reviews before using them, I would have avoided!!! DO NOT USE!!!

Dirty rip-offs I paid the £15 to get it delivered. I even put the size slightly bigger and the weight slightly higher than the item was then they charge me £76.60 out of the blue no notification that the item was wrong or anything which wasn’t there nothing but scum do not use them.

DO NOT USE THEM! ALONG WITH another courier, THEY DONT GIVE A DAMN ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! We have so many issues with these lot at the moment, its unbelievable!! 1. theyre trying to charge us for under-declaring an item, which we know is 100% untrue - its basically a scam in hope senders dont have proof of measurements! 2. 1 item sent 2 weeks ago to Norway, still hasnt left the UK. 3. An item needs collecting in France from a parcel shop - no indication as to which shop, or where. I emailed them 4 days ago, im yet to get a response. my customer is moments away from claiming his money back & us losing a very important sale.

Sending a parcel to Switzerland was easy, senders just need to know that three copies of the customs document are required with the parcel.

Parcel lost by the courier in Germany and despite paying extra for insurance, weeks later we are still chasing our loss. Responses from Parcel Monkey are slow and we are getting no where with it. In future ill pay the extra for a reputable company who value their customers.

Use Parcel Monkey for the first time to send a parcel to Hong Kong. Was very pleased - fraction of the cost of other sites. Parcel arrived safely just three days after leaving Uk.
