My parcel seem to have been opened along the way, My parcel weighed 13 Kilos on Sending but when it reached the destination, it only weighed 8.6 Kgs. I had been opened and the best items removed and then resealed and delivered. The problem with Parcel Monkey is that they always side with the transporter regardless and always reject any genuine arguments and facts.

They didnt deliver the parcel on the Friday even though it was in Leeds by 3.23pm. They sent the person receiving it a message to say they wasnt there. But the receiving person has CCTV on the gate and nobody tried to deliver it. So they had to wait until Monday afternoon at 2.33pm for the parcel. Parcel collected 01/02/2024 delivered 05/02/2024

I use this service to send luggage to a UK address rather than pay to take it on a plane as it costs half or less to do this than take it on a plane and you potentially pay more for your luggage than you do to fly yourself.

It is unique how Parcel Monkey was able to smash our parcel. It was packed so heavily that we have tested it survived with no scratch while dropping it from the third floor. You are UNIQUE ! Just the only question: how to find and manage to drop parcel from 5th or 10th floor to destroy it ? This is the only question. Parcel was traveling very far - from London to Paris. Great job guys !

I sent a similar parcel last week and made school boy errors, the first being the selection of courier I needed to print label in-store, & selected wrong one . Both same price but didnt read Home or Print in store.
The second, I had the code sent to my phone via email as usual, but at the shop couldnt get the code lined up to printer camera. Frustrated I asked for assistance, a young lady took my phone & held it down to an angle of about 4 oclock & it pinged and printed 1st time.
Easy when you know how. Last weeks delivery no problem .

You did not make it clear that we needed to print our own label (until after you had taken our money). This was a pain as our printer is out of ink. I plan on using evri from now on as I know our local parcel shop will print the label

1 start, Because, i m Disabled Person I cant walk out. But I Been Out for print out then coming back my health condition very worse, my legs very very heavy Painfull, my back full pain Migraine Hevy Headache my health conditions still pain. Next time please tell you delivery person will bring print out for the parcel.
