tracking has shown item out for delivery for 2 days on the trot but no show, dont know what they are up to, but Im not impressed their websit help page gives no help at all, no phone number available to ask whats going on with my delivery.

This was the first time I’d used parcel money. My friend collected an item from Argos in London and we were using parcel monkey to ship to my home in Yorkshire. I completed the order providing the size and weight of the parcel as per the notes on the Argos website and also as printed on the box from the manufacturer. Total cost was £29. The parcel was delivered successfully however I then recieved a note from parcel monkey advising they had charged an additional fee of £49.06 to my card! I called the bank to stop the transaction however it was too late. When questioning parcel monkey they stated there terms and conditions state they can charge more if the parcel is larger or heavier than originally stated when I raised the order. My item is still boxed as it’s a Christmas present and I’ve sent evidence to prove this isn’t the case. The details I submitted were correct. I have asked parcel monkey why they have removed the money from my bank, specifically what was wrong with my declaration and they are unable to answer me. So basically parcel monkey have charged me an extra £49 in addition to the original £29 however they can’t tell me what was wrong with my parcel! If parcel monkey could explain why they have taken the additional fee I may accept this, however I have referenced the original order with the shipment that’s still fully boxed and all details were correct. The fact parcel monkey can’t justify the specific reason for the additional payment is just wrong. I’m now raising a dispute with my bank in an attempt to get the money back. A horrendous experience, my recommendation would be to go direct to a reputable courier.

Great if your item is delivered, but not if it gets lost. You then have to go through them as an intermediary instead of the company you booked with, with everything taking twice as long. They have a ridiculous list of things that are prohibited which dont match that of the company you are using. Even so, I checked it beforehand and my item was fine. But somehow my claim was rejected because supposedly a toilet seat is not allowed because they specify that toilets are not allowed. Nearly 3 weeks of mucking around via the claim process to be rejected on a spare part for something, rather than the item they actually specify. My advice - go through the actual company and save yourself the hassle.

We send parcels from home regular first time we have 1 collected from work never got collected by evri ended up 3 days later us taking it to drop of best about it they then charged us £3.42 for the parcel been a bit larger than we put wouldn’t advise you using parcel monkey or evri very poor you have been warned

My bag didn’t arrive. My belongings out of one of the boxes arrives but in a different box so they were rattling around. When I called up, they said they didn’t have my bag until I said I had CCTV of the bag be picked up. Then they found the bag. When the bag arrived, it was dirty.

I parceled this up with tape and added string for extra security. The driver tried to pick up the parcel with the string and then ripped it off. Didnt ring the doorbell as Id left it in the porch nor did he leave a receipt. I paid extra to make sure this was delivered on time and it was
