Very good would use again

Use to compare prices but do not buy shipping with them. As soon as something goes wrong with the shipment its impossible to get any feedback. They are quick to respond initially but only to say they will look into it. After that, I never hear anything back and the courier wont talk to me directly as I booked via a third party. I also received a second invoice on top of the original shipping fee from parcel monkey of over £40 claiming the parcel was oversized. If this was correct then I would be ok with it but they are claiming my 20kg parcel is actually 74kg.....

The parcel was labelled and recorded as having South Korea as the destination country, yet it went twice to Singapore before finally arriving in Korea. Not very impressive, but it did arrive in the end.

Booked an international FedEx priority 1-3 days, with drop-off service. First issue - every FedEx drop off point said that the bar code labels Parcel Monkey emailed werent valid. Called FedEx, they said they would need to rearrange to collect from home since Parcel Monkey produced wrong labels - very inconvenient for me since Im on the road. Now, its been 7 days since FedEx collected from home, and on a 1-3 day priority service it STILL hasnt even reached the destination continent, let alone the correct country. Was only a letter - wouldve been better sticking it in a bottle and chucking in sea !

Absolutely rubbish don’t use. Booked a DPD delivery they failed to transfer information to DPD my parcel was stuck in a depot undelivered now I’m trying to get it sent back to myself. This company has cost me £32 for a rubbish service, lost money. I’m now going to resend it using DPD directly. Don’t use this useless company.

********DO NOT USE!!!! I paid nearly £22 to send a full pack of luxury vinyl back for a refund. The flooring company have contacted me to say no refund will be issued as the box and contents has been badly damaged. I contacted Parcel Monkey but as I didnt take "enhanced protection" they will not refund my postage or allow me to claim for the flooring. I am now £80 down for using Parcel Monkey. DO NOT USE!!!!!*********
