Great service, no problems..

A convenient way to pay for Royal Mail parcel post online. I dont use the cheaper couriers as they are far less reliable.

I am still waiting after 3 weeks they asked me for invoices to pictures I provided everything and now still it’s been a long time and they haven’t responded. I paid extra for insurance. Their service I used and my package has gone stolen from Inside (parcel ripped open), the recipient refused to collect from the depot even signed a declaration saying this as parcel monkey needed it, . They are liable to pay the insurance now and should submit a claim to parcel force, which I have also contacted said parcel monkey hasn’t done that either yet. I’ve reported to police and will take further action until I get my claim money that I am owed.

I sent out a package and also had it returned, the service was prompt in both directions and the fragile contents (car headlights) were carried undamaged.
I always use ParcelMonkey for my shipping requirements.

I wasnt able to post my parcel because the address didnt have a number, which is unbelievable because there must 1000s of addresses which dont have a number???

UPS collected our large 20kg box of presents in the morning and it was delivered the next day. 335 miles, very impressed, we were notified when it had arrived. Definitely use this service again and very reasonable price.

We have given a low figure as we found the web page difficult to navigate around when sending more than one item within a box, and not being told of import taxes that would be expected if over a certain value.

I finally found where to drop my parcel, the drop off points on your website were either not there any more or didnt recognise the bar code. After a wild goose chase all was well at a local shop not on your list.

No attempt was made to collect,so I had to go wait in a queue for 40 minutes. I do have cameras,and driveway alarm and Twp people were in house at the alleged time of attempt to collect. Wont waste my time with you or Parcelfarce again.

I sent a parcel. But I am not sure if it was delivered. The photo is the address but just the door closed and no parcel in site. I have attempted to contact Evri for proof it was delivered and I am getting no response

Sent a parcel using Parcel Force 48 at a cost of almost £50. Parcel took 6 days to arrive but Parcel Monkey have a clause buried in their small print that a parcel isn’t late until it is 5 days beyond the delivery date. So why not be up front and put this in the booking form rather than in the depths of the t’s and c’s? Will be checking to see if these types of t’s and c’s are contrary to consumer legislation. Pretty rubbish really, definitely will avoid in the future.

I sent a parcel to South Korea on the 5th December. Your website stated delivery was 5 to 7 days. We are now on the 18th so13 days and my parcel is still in transit. No tracking details after the 11th of Dec. You need to be more realistic about delivery times.

My parcel wasnt collected and delivered when it was supposed to be! I clicked on the guaranteed option, it says you get a refund if not collected and delivered on time! which costs extra! now Im getting the run around! Wasted my time and the person I sent the package to! No refund! Will not be using again!
