It was very easy to get prices to compare and have a choice of service levels . I chose UPS as the delivery time was quicker suggesting less inter depot handling therefore less chance of the parcel being lost.

I couldn’t believe my parcel was delivered within a couple of days. When I read it wd be 1-2 days I wasn’t sure it was correct but my friend in Los Angeles couldn’t believe it either when it arrived in the 2 days. Wonderful service. Comparative site that never lets you down. I’m always happy with the service.

Great price, tracking service was brilliant, left UK Thursday arrived USA Tuesday. The US post office then let delivery down, no calling card left so unaware of where parcel went. Parcel colllected by receivers so all good in the end.
Parcel force quoted double the price we paid, so would definately use Parcel Monkey again

The process of booking and sending the parcel was straightforward. But once the parcel arrived in the destination country and was then held up at a local depot, the response was very poor. The delivery ultimately failed to arrive. It may have been a problem with the postal service in the country it was posted too but they only ever really gave me information I could see myself online, but could do little about. Will not be using again.

I publish books and send heavy boxes of them from the UK to many countries. Ive been using Parcel Monkey for 5 years to book shipping from my house. They are almost always the cheapest and very easy to book. Only slight issue was an unsuccessful insurance claim since I could not show enough evidence of the damaged goods. But since deliveries are more than 99% successful, then I still use Parcel Monkey.

Wish I could rate 0 !! Awful service, paid for collection Monday, parcel force didn’t arrive, spoke on chat to this company who rescheduled till Tuesday, Tuesday they didn’t turn up, was told they had attended when I was home all day and Have cctv to prove they didn’t, again the said they’d reschedule till Wednesday, ensured that it would be collected.sat at home all day and nothing, contacted them to be told tracking says it’s been picked up, funny that as it’s sitting here with me! Utter lies from start to finish !! They aren’t bothered can I prove I still have it,send a pic again they will reschedule ! What’s the point they aren’t going to turn up again !! Demanded a refund and will report to my bank tomorrow as this company are definitely running fraudulent activity !! Do yourselves a favour and don’t use them ! It’s not worth the stress !!

Two expensive. And I used the weight on the parcel when it was sent and them they changed it snd charged me 3 pound more. Wouldn’t use them again.

Useless company. Despite waiting for a month, my package was eventually sent back to me, broken and with holes (you could see the content inside). Unfortunately, not only was there no refund issued but also the lack of communication on their part was frustrating and unprofessional.
