Do not use this company! We used them to send an unopened mattress back. We used the weight and dimensions on the delivery label that came with the mattress. We were quoted £22 to send it back. I used PayPal. A week or so later I got a message saying they have taken £76 out of my account because the weight and height were out. I found out that the weight was 2kg over but the dimensions were correct. They have charged me the extra because there was a small flap of polythene not taped down! I have tried to resolve this with them but Im getting nowhere. It would have been cheaper to send it back in a taxi. Con artists

Booked a fedex parcel to Dubai. First drop off point said it had failed digital paperwork. The Monkey told me to go to another drop off point. So after another 10 miles. Second drop off point could not accept as it was the more expensive and quicker (hahah) express fedex service! The Monkey told me to find another drop off or get a refund. After 2 hrs and 20 odd miles I asked for refund. What a waste of time, printing and money.

Claimed the baby mattress we returned was 40kg when in fact it was 2.5kg (stated on the Amazon product page) and charged us an extra £31 on top of the previous £38. For reference, my king size adult mattress is 34kg so how could a baby’s cot mattress be 40kg?! Quite clearly a scam where they charge less than other companies then simply take double at the end and you can’t do anything about it. When queried, they would only refund if we had photographic proof of the dimensions and a picture of it on some scales with the weight. Obviously we couldn’t supply that because we’d already sent it. Absolute scam will not use again.

I ordered and paid for pick up the same day with delivery to be the next day, however, the parcel was picked up the next day and then delivered the day after that. So I paid for a service that was not provided.

My parcel was measured and weighed by myself and I over allowed so when I was charged extra after the delivery I realised it was not a trustworthy company.

Poor as the recipient has said he has not received the return parcel & refuses to issue a refund through Amazon. When I sent the parcel through Parcel Monkey UK I used parcel force with no label service so the driver would put one on the item as I do not have a printer. I asked the driver for a receipt & was told he had none on board so Im not happy & after spending £50.00 on returning the parcel I fell very let down & no one is interested in helping a disabled customer. it seems since Covid-19 we have become forgotten by indervigals & companies in the U.K.

the app is not very good. i filled in the form. took ages. but when printed only 6 items were listed. I had to make another detailed app on another program.

Used UPS, parcel left UK and was delivered to house in Canada 3 days later!! Previously used Royal Mail, nearer 3 weeks that time and water damaged. No comparison!! UPS every time from now on.
