I paid for a two day delivery and you took three days the person missed the parcel as I explained she was in hospital having Chemotherapy. I was extremely distressed.The parcel was to alleviate the pain it was bath oils it was also her Birthday. I am devastated.

The website is easy to use and compared to other sites had a full list of delivery addresses for my selected postcode. This gave me more confidence in using them.

AVOID! In addition to making me waste printer ink, and printing out 10 pages of labels and customs invoices, PM has then failed to do the FedEx digital clearance paperwork, therefore the parcel failed, then I was advised to go to another drop-off point on the chance that they might accept the parcel without the digital paperwork?! (Explain that logic to me?!) Now I need to send the package urgently I have to wait 3 to 5 days for a refund and then rebook all over again. Further excuses were made in the form of "Fed Ex labels are correct but are new to Fed Ex so the stores may be a little confused."WHAT?! Monica and Megan are completely useless

i had no issues with parcel monkey, site works perfectly. unfortunately dhs parcels were not so good, booked and paid for next day delivery but took 4 days, i guess i should be thankful they diddnt lose it.

It was very easy & quick to complete my collection details online. A very simple layout which is very easy to understand.
Quick quote, book and pay all within just a few minutes.
The courier turned up the following day, a very happy driver and collected my package and a safe delivery the next day.

I used to use Parcel Monkey and then gave up, but Ive gone back to them recently and their customer service has improved A LOT! Really quick and helpful. Couriers have turned up - I like choosing UPS because UPS send you an email too to confirm collection.

Took an additional £37 fee from us once sent claiming the parcel weight was 40kg opposed to 18kg. We may have got it wrong, but not by that much and of course there scanning machines for parcel sizes are never wrong.

Everything, paid for next day waited all day nothing (missed out on visiting newborn nephew at hospital) alongside this I’m flying out on Monday morning when I contacted them about any updates they automatically rescheduled to Monday I said I wanted reimbursement for paying for next day as now I’m probably not going to my refund from Amazon as it’s not going to reach them in time they said I had to reprint label no reimbursement and Monday is the new collection date there’s no talking to them and they’re not understanding on circumstances honestly it’s been a nightmare now do I lose out on the £180 refund or my £400 holiday they’ve cost me £200 overall by not providing the service we pay for

Pretty good service. Arrived in destination country quickly. Held up in customs and delivery a little later than expected but was going to a remote location so that’s to be expected. Would definitely use again.

Been using PM for a while now and think their website is very easy to navigate.
Plenty of choice with regard couriers and clear what services are on offer.
Had an issue once with a courier (not PM fault) but PM customer service helped me sort it out and I got a full refund.

A newbie with parcel monkey, needed to send an awkwardly long item, light over oversize. Gave up trying to navigate various mainstream courier sites and found Parcel Monkey, very quickly after entering size and weight it came up with a good option, was parcel force in the end at a good price.used again for a regularly parcel and came in trumps. Would recommend
