Sent parcel to NZ. Easy to arrange. Simple drop off. Parcel arrived in good condition and time. Sending parcel to the otherside of the world was not cheap. But done with eyes open.

In the last two weeks I gave had the need to use Parcel Monkey, both times were easy to arrange, were timely in the collection & delivery of the goods. Then as an additional bonus, by choosing the 2 day collection option I saved a great deal compared to next day.

The parcel was supposed to be delivered in 24 hrs it should have arrived on the Saturday and didnt arrive utd the Monday we paid for 24 hr delivery and it took 72 will be going back to the post office next time

In fairness it was the courier mainly at fault, however there is clearly an integration issue which shows that when a parcel is outsourced, Parcel Monkey are not aware. I had a 2 day delivery and after 14 days still not delivered!

My biggest concern is the amount I have to pay for insurance, £18 for £500 of contents. Its profiteering as its nearly double the price of the postage. I would lose all my business if I charged my customers that sort of money when I had their processions in my workshop. Also there is no incentive to actually look after or even deliver parcels when profiteering like this. If the company had to bear the cost of loss then it would tighten up its processes. I am now using other couriers, sorry but you have lost me. Also when putting in peoples addresses I can only use a limited English alphabet, I send abroad a lot and cannot use accents and other special characters for people names or towns, I dont want to appear ignorant or even racist to my clients. Sort it out, we are living in the 21st century.

Paid for collection which didnt happen twice. Then charged extra as couriers said parcel was larger than stated which it wasnt. Provided proof as such but still not refunded and just getting ignored. Avoid at all costs.

I purchased a next day delivery postage for my parcel. I finally got my parcel delivered after 7days. Customer services is awful, your opening hours is not long enough making it impossible to contact you if/when working office hours. Tracking system not accurate or FEDEX has been lying to me.
