One star given because unable to give minus stars. I did everthing asked of me including asking the person who picked up my parcel if he agreed with my measurements etc. I have now received the following. Dear Sir/Madam, Following information provided by our courier partner Parcelforce we have made an additional charge of £52.60 inc vat to the credit/debit card you most recently used for purchasing shipping from Parcel Monkey. The information provided when the order was created declared a nominal weight of 6.00kg made up of 1 box: 2.40x10x15cm @ 6kg When weighed, laser scanned for precise measurement and volumetrically calculated by the carrier they have informed us that the correct billing weight or size exceeds their limitations for this service. As we are charged by our courier partners for your item exceeding this pre determined figure we have no alternative but to take this additional payment which was specified and agreed to at the time of booking. Me as a first time customer with parcel monkey i have had the worst experience ever I thought itd be better to use this sevice as probably my parcel would be delivered safe and sound but its been nearly 2 and a half months I have chased for an update on my parcel instead they keep on taking me round in circles and they dont accept for the fact that they have lost it and now when I have asked for my refund they would not want to do that either . Its been 2 and a half months and Im now frustrated and very disappointed.

Last package was UK to UK two days (including a weekend!)
Prior to this UK to Canada three days.
Absolutely unbeatable... why bother with other carriers when the chosen carrier (Parcel
force) is half the price of taking the package to the nearest post office?

shocking DONT USE - i paid extra for fast service, they missed the date and then said if i had to pay even more to guarantee the date - I did pay more - a lot more to get that date DONT USE

Sent parcel to France. Collection and movement in UK was good but it got sent to wrong depot in France and took a week to arrive at correct destination.

I have used this company a few times now and have never had any problems. They offer competitive prices and its the only way I am able to get my parcels from the UK to Asia as all other methods I have tried are hit and miss.
Customer services have also been really helpful with my last parcel when asking about tracking. Very polite and efficient.
My only suggestion is that tracking number for third party couriers (as in my case) are provided automatically when they become available so I dont have to bother them to ask for it. Overall very happy and will continue to use them.

DONT TRUST THESE MONKEYS!!! N0,N0,N0,N0,N0,N0,N0,NOOOOOO! I trusted these monkeys to get my package to Dublin. Made it all the way to UK. Nope. Its just lost. No more tracking info, no explanation, just vanished. No real help from anyone, but monkeys rarely take responsibility so...Oh ya, I got my money back but of course the insurance company they use doesnt cover personal items sent. So risky. Just dont do it. I forbid you to use this company : | Dont. Dont. Dont. Dont. Dont.

Very cheap and efficient compared to Royalmail and other parcel companies like dhl and ups. I continue to use from now henceforth. Items were delivered on time with no issues.

Excellent service. I could not believe how easy it was to arrange the delivery of an item to the USA. Everything went smoothly and I even had a list of companies to choose from with individual prices.

I’ve been using these for a few years now. Overall they are pretty good.
However don’t bother paying extra for protection they make it so difficult to make a claim it’s a three day job!

Prices are good and system works well. Easy to use and offers me collect or drop off so that I can choose to suit myself. If I ever have an issue (rare), it ha been resolved quickly.

UPDATE: I attempted to make a claim on Parcel Monkey insurance which they claimed could not honoured. In truth they act more like lawyers than anything else. Hiding behind tricky and unfair terms that they believe they can never be accountable for. As it turns out when handling my claim it was dealt with by the "wrong department" I have this in writing from them. In other words. They never really intend to payout on the insurance. I have started to file a complaint with the relevant agencies in order to potentially look into this.

I would definitely not recommend using Parcel Monkey. My parcel was shipped out in December and not received. So after contacting them they began a search and even though I had taken out insurance, as it was an expensive item, I was told because I did not contact them within 10 working days of the parcel not being delivered I cannot make a claim. This is extremely disappointing as I have ended up losing a lot of money even though I paid for insurance. So if your parcel gets lost with them, then dont expect to receive any compensation.

Dreadful company Delivering my package to India Initially lost my package in the U.K. Then lost it in India For 2 weeks have been claiming they are awaiting information from the courier Refuse to provide the contact details of a manager to talk to Every request I send them is met with “we apologise please be patient”

Easy as....
Found Parcel by a quick google search, entered relevant details, selected carrier, filled in the online forms, paid, printed labels, dropped off at courier collection point and in less than a week my parcel was delivered and signed for in South Africa.
Couldnt be any easier with online tracking!
Would definitely recommend!

This was the first time I used a courier. I won a large collect in person from ebay. I asked if they would accept courier collection and used Parcel monkey to find courier. It was pretty straight forward, found, booked and paid. Emails received straight away with details and label.
I did have trouble getting the label over to the seller because ebay would not allow the doc through but we used a photo of the label instead.
Everything went smoothly and was surprised to cone home to my delivered parcel today. it was only collected monday.
Was able to track through PMs link.
Will def use again in future.

Order the parcel to be collected on Tuesday and they came on Friday! No apologies or any excuse very rude on the phone when try to contact them! Been told to bring the parcel to the depot coz no driver was able to collect! Very Disappointed! Dont think will be using the service again! Btw still waiting for the parcell

Parcel monkey offers choice if well known carrriers in one site.
Was easy to use though cost of extra insurance was only visible after choice made.
