Superb service. Easy to see what prices are available then once a service chosen no problems with instructions on parcel drop-off or collect. No problems with payment either. All in all an effective and stress free experience.

Excellent and easy service, my package arrived to its destination abroad in 4 days including the collection day.
The process to create a label and the payment are also simple to do on their website, and the price paid is reasonable.
I had used Parcel Monkey for the second time and I am very satisfied of their service, I highly recommended it.

I usually love Parcel Monkey but the online info was incorrect for the location I was using to drop off my parcel, resulting in a one day delay and 2 trips for me. The online info said the location was open Sunday when in fact it was not.

very unfair. I booked 3 parcel 30 kg each, the first was 30 kg, the second 28 kg and the third was 18 kg . I packed the parcel my self and they still packed. The company as taken £ 35 form my account without asking my permission first because they said that the total was more than 90 kg. very unfair I will never ever use this company again.

Unacceptable. It pains me to have to leave 1 star because my rating would be 0 stars. I sent a delivery on the 18th of January (specifically I have paid for a delivery at home) and the box was meant to arrive within 3/4 days. By the 14th of Feb no signs of the package. I had to contact the USPS to understand where my delivery was, go to the post office and pick up the box myself. Its inexpensive but you really get what you pay for. I tried to contact customer service (the little live chat at the bottom) absolutely useless, they send you automatic replies like we will contact the courier and let you know in 24h and they NEVER let you know anything, and things like this. Its one of the worst customer services I have ever encountered. If you care about what you are sending then you should use a different company.
