The lazy French delivery guys AGAIN failed to deliver. Postcode, name of the region, family name, village name, all details were correct and the same as the last time. Last time I had to intervene with the Parcel Monkey customer service. This helped. This time I want my money back.

There are several words I can drum up to describe the service I received by Parcelmonkey, but let me limit it one: shoddy. Garbage company, total rip-off, avoid at all costs. They are currently under investigation by HMRC for tax avoidance. AVOID!

I was able to label up my parcel to Greece at home, dump it at the Post Office and pay considerably less than advertised on the Parcelforce website. Parcel arrived in working four days. Whats not to like?

Getting a final quote including extra insurance for an expensive item involved going through the booking process and filling in a lot of info. A shortcut to a quote before filling in names emails etc would be useful. Otherwise excellent service

Horrible. Customer service is so ugly.They don’t have contact no,you can only chat online , they seem they are on weed, will promise you to come back which they will not . I sent international parce , I had to pay on receiving end as well . Don’t use them for international delivery at least rest is your choice !!

Worst service ever. I booked a delivery and collection with tuffnells through parcel monkey. Neither party can give an indication of time and expect me to wait in all day up to 6pm!! Tuffnells have no record on their system because I booked the delivery/collection through parcel monkey. Parcel monkey have no contact number, so the only way to speak to them is through instant messenger and they have no information. My parcel has now been collected but they have no idea if it will be delivered tomorrow, next week or next month!! Avoid at all costs...better off booking direct with parcel force for slightly extra cost.
