A delivery was attempted and failed. No card was left was left with the customer to advise him where he could collect his item. He contacted me to find out where his parcel was and was not happy.

Was sending for Mothers day. Said 2/ 3 days delivery when obtaining quote. Upon booking, I was informed it would then take a week. Now a week later and no sign of parcel. Will never use Parcel monkey or DPD couriers again. 80 year old lady failed to receive her mothers day treats and still hasnt got a phone call from the delivery firm, now thats great service eh... No update on dpd tracking site after international dispatch, no information provided of partner service, so no way of tracking further. Total useless experience all round really. I suppose i would have had a better experience if I had spanked my monkey...

Ordered for collection and they give you an 8am -6pm time slot. I waited all day and noone came. I went to customer support at 4pm saying I felt like they werent coming and was assured they would come. 6pm nothing and then I went to customer support again to which I was told, sorry shall we rebook it for tomorrow? What? So I can wait in all day tomorrow as well????? Useless

Having paid for next day delivery, a parcel did not reach the destination next day. After failing to find a contact number for Parcel monkey we contacted the courier directly as the package urgently needed to reach its destination. Parcel monkey responded by saying they could only apologise on behalf of the courier. No responsibility taken and no offer to refund the charge for a service they did not deliver. Avoid if you would like to get the service you pay for, along with reachable staff.

They regularly tell us the parcel weighed more than we say. So we have to pay the difference. This time I weighed it on arrival and it weighed less than what I had stayed originally - almost 1kg under what they said.

I was having a problem sending a large package at a reasonable price. I called Parcel Monkey late afternoon, it was collected the following morning and delivered the day after and at a sensible price. Thoroughly recommended.

Have used Parcel Monkey for many years with no problems, but I think they must have a glitch in their system that means bookings are not being forwarded onto either Courier or Parcelforce. I have had to rebook one collection for Courier, as the parcel was one week late being collected. Another Courier collection was due to be collected the previous working day but was not collected and I am now advised it will be today instead. Additionally a Parcelforce packet was one day late being collected. The Parcelforce driver dropped off goods to us on the day the collection was due, but would not collect as the booking was not on their system. Parcel Monkey Customer Service evade any question asking what the issue is and whether they have a fix pending. Similarly, I have asked twice for compensation and they have ignored this entirely. In summary, best avoided until they get IT problems fixed and Customer Service Team retrained to follow consumer legislation concerning performance failures under contract. Presumably, once their issues are resolved, Trust Pilot reviews will improve again.

States that they offer couriers that dont need a printer, HOWEVER, of the three services they offer, one covers very few UK postcodes, and the other two (parcel force) sayts it doesnt need a label....but when youve paid...they email you a label Just blatant mistruth, mis selling on parcel monkeys side. I will not be moving my contract with another courier to use this service

Good competitive price. Got next day delivery with uk mail perfect ! No problems and our customer was extremely happy! Plus it was a super fragile item....arrived in one piece, what’s there not to like!

Parcel was dropped on the 5th March and didn’t get delivered till 9th. Both address were mainland uk so it should have taken so long, extremely disappointed with the service.

I dropped off the parcel at a pick-up point on Monday. 6 days after (Sunday) the parcel is still at the pick-up point. Parcel Monkey is unable to tell me anything else that they contacted the courier and that they will let me know. They dont and I have to chase them to hear again the same answer.

I really like using Parcel monkey . It provides me with several options and their cost. The deliveries I chose are always the cheapest and are always delivered on time. Whenever I have an issue they have sorted it out.
