Quick and polite service. Would recommend.

Awful service, failed to deliver 2 consignments to correct customers (mixed up parcels) and i had to send our own van to sort out there mess which resulted in 1 order cancelled by our customer. They also refused to refund me the consignment cost as it is stated in their terms and conditions apparently!

Absolute ****, booked a next day delivery service which arrived 4 working days late. They want to shirk their responsibilities to refund whereas had I booked direct with the courier I used, they would refund as its in their policies.

VERY VERY BAD SERVICE. they lost the parcel and they dont want to fix the problem. After 4 months they are still writing bull s hit. parcelabc.com eurosender.com mensajerialowcost.es that companies are far away from parcelmonkey.

Parcel hasn’t been delivered and keep getting told thrust it has been delivered. Very difficult to contact. No instructions on how to claim against them.

Everything happened as planned. Only tiny niggle, initially said no printer required then I was emailed a despatch label. I printed it anyway but wasnt required as collection driver brought a label.

Seems to be a good service. The two parcels were picked up when promised, I was kept informed at times by text - then delivery was made to an address in Spain 5 days later. It promised and delivered a good service at a good price. No complaints at all. I recommend this service.

What a shame they are not available on the phone. The time it takes to "live chat" them, going backwards and forwards can be ridiculous. A problem that could of taken 2 minutes on the phone, took nearly 25 minutes on live chat, and I missed the cut off by 1 minute, and there was nothing anyone could do. In brief, if you have a problem and you need to speak to someone, I would stay away,

Booked an International service via ParcelMonkey, and really wish I hadnt. Wow, where to start. Firstly, they advertised a Courier service as being 7-12 days from the US to the UK, but once I had paid I found out that they would only honour a 22 day delivery time, despite their own website stating the opposite. The package went from California to NY, via USPS, where Air City Post/ParcelMonkey were supposed to hand it over to Courier. Courier still havent received the package, 17 DAYS after it was sent. So a service that should have got me my package to the UK in 12 days max, still hasnt left the US, 18 days later. ParcelMonkey keep telling me that Courier have the parcel, but Courier themselves say that they are not telling the truth, so you can imagine how angry I am. And on top of all that, ParcelMonkey wont even respond to my requests for information. They might be ok for sending a parcel locally, but do NOT use them for international services as they cant be trusted, at all.

Packaged very badly by the sender but still received in reasonable condition which was surprising. Collected and delivered exactly as arranged in a simple on-line transaction. Would recommend.

Paid to collect item arrived badly damaged I paid extra to cover goods to full amount opened claim was told waiting on parcle force then recive a message today to say sorry we wont pay as didnt fall with in our terms and conditions which I checked though before booking and when made booking I clearly stated what item was and sent them loads pictures when it arrived damaged and they said they will open claim for me so if it wasnt it there terms why open a claim they will go to court instead now I will get my money back of the scammers worst company ever

I recently reviewed Parcel Monkey. The guy "Mike" responds as if they are trying to fix the problem however I can assure everybody this is purely a smokescreen for their tricky ways. The item was returned to me damaged. It had became trapped on a conveyor belt in the Parcel Force network. No amount of protection could have protected the item. The item was insured through Parcel Monkey to its true value however they ask you a series of questions then use your answers to work out a way to null & void your insurance. They are a total scam. You can get the same service without using them. I will be continuing to update on my experience. Once it has concluded I will create a YouTube video with screenshots of the whole situation so people can see just how much of a scam they really are.

So disappointed with this service my parcel was supposed to be delivered in December, we are now in February and no sign of the parcel. I was told they would do a 5 working day search its now been 12 working days and no update. The customer service is so poor after writing a review I was told to contact them and state FAO manger like they tell everyone and all I was told is that they would send my details to the relevant department which has already been done and still no update from them.

DPD parcel urgent to go to Holland paid 1-2 days service - went out of my way to drop off PC World drop off point -DPD driver there said parcels collected that night as was told by PC World = went back next day my parcel still there - utterly livid tracking showed picked up and in Southhampton - how does that happen arrived 6 days later - PM indifferent - attitude it happens get use to it - it happens because of awful management control in the system no excuse - missing parcel you go back out and collect two people lie not good - i have lost ongoing order and had to refund
