not good 2/3 days to get parcel to singapore sent on tuesday still not arrived following monday now left with a big headache as recipient has moved on without having key document wont use again

Complex system of booking online. Suspicious of using an intermediary- why could I have not used Parcel Force directly. The Parcel Force guy arrived on time as promised.
The parcel being returned was an exchange item with Amazon - why did the delivery van that came with the exchange item not take the original item away - three companies to do what one could have - this must introduce costs - ultimately paid by the consumer.

Absolutely appalling service! Do NOT RECOMMEND! I was promised to get the item delivered from US to the UK by 27th February, however not only did I not get the item I am still unaware where my item is.... I have chased service team numerous times and I got a reply that the delivery takes up to 22 days! I paid $55 for a small parcel and was faced with terrible customer service. I am still unaware where my parcel is!

Additional charges made for an item which must have had packaging damage and been re-boxed. Be careful - they are an agent have no idea what the couriers they use may do to your package!! book directly with courier companies - at least then you will be dealing directly with the company concerned

It has now been 20 days since my initial problem with Parcel Monkey. Every time I get in contact they simply ignore me. The guy Mike if you look at the reviews puts smoke screens on the negative reviews. Read them and believe them. Their insurance option is a total trick. I have started using another courier. They are more transparent and honest. They are also significantly cheaper. Much better option.

If there was an option for zero stars, this would be it. Ive sent a parcel to Spain 3 weeks ago. It never arrived, and Ive been unable to speak to anyone from Parcel Monkey. They say its been delivered, and are waiting for a reply from their partners in Spain, but have been saying this now for nearly 2 weeks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.

Three parcels weighting 50kg in total sent overseas. Collected at door, delivered to my son in central Portugal exactly 72 hours later. Excellent service all three times I have used them!

What can you say about company that doesn’t even have a phone number? Missed collections, late delivery. Courier company ignores them and don’t bother to reply. All this at the cost of end customer who for days on end waiting fir collection. Not recommended

I always use Parcel Monkey for sending parcels. Prices and services are easy to read an compare. The whole process, including printing out address labels takes just a few minutes. I have not yet had a problem with them - highly recommended.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service. If it was possible to give negative stars I would give minus 5 stars. I paid for a next day delivery service for UKMail to pick up an item and deliver it to me. They picked up the item but didnt deliver it; I had to go to their depot to pick it up. They, and UKMail, refused to apologise or give me a refund for the despicable service

Every positive review for Parcel Monkey on this site is fake. Their service borders on fraudulent. Dont bother contacting customer service with your inquiries or complaints when your package disappears. Youll get "so sorry" and "our apologies" but no action from their "customer service." Spare yourself the aggravation and use another courier. If youve already made the mistake of using PM, GOOD LUCK locating your package and/or getting your money back

Had a flute sent from Ireland. Packaged amazingly well but still arrived showing someone had blatantly cut the end open with a Stanley knife or similar. Luckily nothing was able to accidentally fall out this time, but be aware....
