The delivery didnt turn up same-day as I had requested, and when I queried this I was given a series of stock responses that were wholly unhelpful. I was straight-up ignored when i suggested we should be refunded for this. When I contacted Citysprint it turned out the reason why the parcel had not been collected was because they were supposedly waiting on further details from Parcel Monkey and were due to ask me, but never did. A thoroughly horrible experience and we wont be using you again.

Worst experience of my life. Firstly the tracking information wasn’t available, secondly parcel monkey took it upon themselves to take an additional payment out my card causing my mortgage direct debit to bounce - they explained this was because the package was over the weight I described. I sent them proof from the courier that the package was under the weight I marked down. Parcel monkey gave me the run around, stopped replying for two weeks and then eventually said can you send us a photo of the package - who keeps a photo of a package they are sending?! Then when I disputed this they asked me for the receipt saying it was only 15kg... when I already sent them that! Will never be using this service again and will warn friends and family to steer clear.

Booked up for the express 24 service. 7x packages were picked up friday morning 10:30am. 4x packages were delivered tuesday, 3x packages were delivered wednesday. Thats not 24 hours. Thats 4 and 5 days. Not good enough. normally great service. this time was poor.

Parcel was delivered within 24 hours of dropping off at the post office. It was a 48 hour service. Customer received their goods ahead of the bad weather. Very good service thank you.

What an absolutely unscrupulous company. They have no concept of honesty, customer service or fairness. This is the second time this year that I have used them and it will be the last. The first time there was no one at the house (which is a lie since someone waited in all day) and then they forgot to rebook for the next day. This time they were supposed to collect yesterday, and then again today. I have called the courier to check on collection times and I was told by DPD that due to bad weather last week, there would be no residential collections until the end of this week at the earliest. Apparently they told PM this, but PM would still prefer to take peoples money, make false collection dates and deal with the fall out. They are advertising under false promises and are nothing better than a bunch of cowboys.

Had issues previously but gave them the benefit of the doubt as they blamed DPD, have just had another collection cancelled but this time Parcelforce so dont think it is the courier at fault. No contact when there was an issue just a failure to send a label and nothing obvious until I logged on to chase the label. Apparently 40 minutes before collection cut off time is too close you dont even get to have a conversation with one person, multiple staff respond on the same live chat and they are very slow and repetitive.

Dropped parcels off in my local Sainsburys on Tuesday and they arrived in France on Saturday morning in spite of heavy snow. Great prices, cracking service and so so easy.

Overall I will use Parcelmonkey again. This is the first time I have used a courier to pick an item up and bring it to me but I was impressed that it arrived with no problems. It took me awhile to navigate through the website and I ended up sending the confirmation email to the person who was selling the item who could then print off the necessary labels using the link within it. Parcelforce were are the carrier I used. The item didnt arrive as quickly as expected, however Ill put that down to the snow we had!.

Parcel force was the carrier. Three to five day service to Spain. Day six just being exported from the UK. Not really parcel monkeys fault.

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE....Be very aware that on occasions it appears that despite accurate measures to ensure parcels are accurately measured and weighed before gaining quotes Parcel Monkey have deducted money from my account claiming falsely that the package was deemed oversize by the carriers by a considerable amount (nearly double the volumetric weight provided) They have the ability to present a withdrawal from your account without your authorisation and there is no way to remove your card payments details or put a stop to this other than cancelling your account which is also near on impossible to do. You actually have to write to them to cancel your account rather than being able to do it online easily as it should be. If you dispute this extra payment the stupidly ask you to prove the dimensions of the parcel that you have sent by providing them with photographic evidence of the dimensions before they are willing to process or engage in your complaint. This is unrealistic and absurd, as if you have sent the parcel you do not have it to hand in order to measure it anymore. The customer service responses are inadequate with no method of contacting them by phone, only by Parcel Monkey chat. And the responses were ridiculous, asking me to measure and send photos of the measurements otherwise they would not be able to escalate my appeal against these extra charges I asked them to provide me with photographic evidence to support the claim that the package was allegedly bigger than I stipulated but they refuse to provide me with that. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!

I sent a parcel back in January. It measured 76 x 76 mm and weighed around 70 grams. Parcel Monkey contacted me and told me that the parcel in fact weighed 4.4kg and they had helped themselves to a further £11.49 from my account. They did not request this money they just stole it. I have pointed out to them that even if it had been a solid piece of lead it would not have weighed this but they just keep fobbing me off and seem to have no intention of returning the money. I would never use this company again and I would advise anyone reading this to go elsewhere. Never give them your card details they are just not trustworthy
