Have lost my parcel and said it will take five days before they can explain what has happened to it! Thats far too long and I would expect then to be proactive in finding it. They had no problem being quick when it came to taking my money!

Inexpensive and the parcel was collected on the day stated, however when I had a problem with placing my order initially I was not able to get any assistance - the online chat does not work and no phone number! No time slot given so had to wait in most of the day, but other services where you get this service probably cost more.

This company is one of the worst I have ever used. They are incompetent, and do not inform you about anything if something is wrong with your collections/delivery. I have spent hours speaking to someone - and no contact number, its all live chat and they take FOREVER to actually type a response! They could not give me a straight answer or simply did not answer any of my questions about my parcel and why I wasnt informed about this error. They told me that there was an error clearly displayed on my dashboard and there was nothing of the sort. My parcel was supposed to be collected today. I may have waited the whole day for this collection as I was not notified of this so called error. They told me my parcel would now, not be collected until after the weekend. No emails, no notifications until I asked their useless customer service live chat team. We were going round and round in circles for over an hour. I had also asked another member of staff the day before if the Chinese New Year holiday in Taiwan would affect the delivery of my parcel and she specifically told me no, it would not. Then I asked another member of staff who said yes it would. How can you trust this uninformed, untrained company? Save your money. Never ever use them. Totally incompetent.

My parcel was due to be delivered on the 16th December, we are now in February and there has been no sign of the parcel. My parcel was sent with insurance so that I could claim if anything went wrong. However I am just constantly being sent messages from them saying they are waiting for an update when in fact my parcel was supposed to be delivered over 60 days ago. The customer service is very poor and I would not recommend that you use this service just in case anything goes wrong as they are not helpful at all. I am yet to receive an update on where the parcel is and my compensation, as the parcel has clearly been lost.

Last parcel sent took 5 days instead of 2 days. The one before that took 3 days instead of over night. Not parcel Monkeys fault. The carrier did not perform to the times stated.

Extremely poor customer service when things go wrong. Virtually no communication. They may be cheap, but it seems you get what you pay for. I certainly wouldnt use them again if I was sending anything of value, or needed to be sure that item would arrive on time.

Booked parcel for 3+ days delivery and it was 3 days before it was picked up from pick up location and took ten days for delivery. Despite several requests, I have yet to receive any kind of explanation from the company.

easy website to use, and clear with choices.
I was having a parcel collected to return to myself.
It was collect 24hrs later than the time given and sent to me when initially making the booking, causing a little confusion with the guy I was collecting from, and especially when an hour slot is given.
but in my case an extra day was fine.

Fantastic service. Super efficient and very reasonable. Collected from East Sussex and delivered to South Africa ahead of estimated delivery date. Great tracking. Overall I would highly recommend.

My friend in the UK bought something for me and asked me to arrange the shipping to NL. So I used parcel monkey to book shipping. The package was shipped on a friday and I was expecting it to be there on Wednesday. But as it turns out, 2-3 days really means 2-3 days, not working days!

The collection was fine. Got picked up from my house on the date that was requested. I sent a parcel abroad with the timescale of 3-5 days and it has still not arrived after 1 week later. I tried to speak to the advisors on the live chat only to be kept getting told that they will keep me up to date which they havent done and I have had to keep chasing them. Not happy with the service provided after the initial collection and will not be using the service again

Parcel Monkey is for me the most difficult service to use. Only 50% of my parcels have actually ever reached the chosen destination. Their customer service team are arrogant and could not care less. They treat you like an ***** hiding behind unreasonable arguments. I would avoid using Parcel Monkey. You have an option. Do not choose these fraudsters.

Daughters wedding dress disappeared for three days when Parcel Force package was collected as normal local practice by Royal mail. It reappeared in the Plymouth office when it should have been in Exeter.

Great search engine found great price , but unfortunately when I booked a two day service my 3kg parcel took 6 days to be delivered ! Not the fault of Parcel Monkey Im sure but a bit disappointed
