I booked for 24 hours delivery and my parcel collected on friday, should have been delivered on saturday, but delivered on tuesday, my costumer wasnt very happy and me neither

Unfortunately your supplier Parcel Force never came on the day I booked them an I ended up paying a 24h service and delivery took place 6 days later.

This service does exactly what it states on the tin. Gives you a comparison for delivery options so that you can chose the one best suited for you.
I had left a note to say that I needed the parcel collecting after midday as I had an appointment in the morning. The collection was at 3pm, the courier had the label with him, and was very courteous. Myself and the recipient were able to track the parcel at all stages and it was delivered in the timeframe stated.
I shall be using Parcel Monkey at all times from now on.

Absolutely terrible,never showed up to collect,phoned and no record of the booking then when they eventually found the booking it had expired because it was no longer the day it supposed to be collected,I ended up driving the parcel to the main depo myself whitch was 1h and 15 mins away and 30 mins trying to book it in with the main depo myself so a day late and 3 hours of my time,wouldnt upgraded to next day so my customer was screaming for his goods,not happy at all,not worh the hassle,one to avoid

Good service. Only slightly annoying aspect is having to endure you select the right combination of label printing and drop off / pick up which changes when you go from selections you’ve made to a different screen (eg “cheapest”, or “recommended”). Relatively straight forward though and happy with the price we paid.

The parcel was picked up from me as scheduled and delivered to the address in Northern Ireland the following morning.
All happened without a hitch and at a reasonable charge.

Printed out label at home. Attached to parcels and dropped it off at post office. Undamaged parcels arrived within expected time frame.
You should be aware that you need to print the label yourself and need to pack it in a good package (box in box). I am quite sure I will use it again sooner or later.

Parcel Monkey did exactly what they said. A guy came very quickly and picked up the parcel in London and the guy in Prague got the parcel 3 days later.

Most scamming company ever. £52.60 additional charge for item that was supposed to be oversized. I know it was not oversized or overweight. This has happened to me 6 times over the last 6 months. Never again will I use this company. They are rip off merchants and keep changing their story.
