Excellent service. Very straight forward and quickly delivered

EXTREMELY BAD EXPERIENCE....Be very aware that on occasions it appears that despite accurate measures to ensure parcels are accurately measured and weighed before gaining quotes Parcel Monkey have deducted money from my account claiming falsely that the package was deemed oversize by the carriers by a considerable amount (nearly double the volumetric weight provided) They have the ability to present a withdrawal from your account without your authorisation and there is no way to remove your card payments details or put a stop to this other than cancelling your account which is also near on impossible to do. You actually have to write to them to cancel your account rather than being able to do it online easily as it should be. If you dispute this extra payment the stupidly ask you to prove the dimensions of the parcel that you have sent by providing them with photographic evidence of the dimensions before they are willing to process or engage in your complaint. This is unrealistic and absurd, as if you have sent the parcel you do not have it to hand in order to measure it anymore. The customer service responses are inadequate with no method of contacting them by phone, only by Parcel Monkey chat. And the responses were ridiculous, asking me to measure and send photos of the measurements otherwise they would not be able to escalate my appeal against these extra charges I asked them to provide me with photographic evidence to support the claim that the package was allegedly bigger than I stipulated but they refuse to provide me with that. DO NOT USE THEM EVER!!

I have used Parcelmonkey for several years. Im only working mornings now and Parcelforce tend to pick up in the afternoons. I started using DPDs drop off service to Halfords on the way home. This is ideal for me and the staff are very efficient, polite and friendly. They give me a DPD card with a code on and I can track my parcels.

Dont understand how parcel monkey have such a good rating on here (just look at their USA rating!) . Terrible customer service. Parcel lost by courier, and Parcel Monkey took months to get back to me and after multiple emails they have told me they are washing their hands of me as I reported the loss later than 10 days after it was due for delivery - I was trying to be patient!! This seems like a bit of a scam to be honest considering couriers usually ask you to leave it a while before raising a complaint. Absolutely terrible customer service.

I knew that due to the bad weather it wouldnt be possible for Parcel Monkey to pick up my parcel from home. However, there was absolutely no communication from Parcel Monkey other than an email to the parcels recipient to say the parcel was on its way - which it obviously wasnt.

Self explanatory web site, easy to use and easy to arrange parcel collection from home; no struggling to the Post Office with a large parcel! Delivery by ParcelForce on time and within stipulated time frame. Excellent! Wouldnt hesitate to use again.

My concern is not with Parcel Monkey or DPD - its the French delivery system that causes problems! I paid for 2 day delivery to reach my daughter in time for her birthday yet here 7 days later my parcel STILL hasnt been delivered. Chronopost seem to be the sub contractors for delivery in France - might I suggest DPD look into their subcontractors who in turn should employ some half decent drivers who know their delivery areas!

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL PARCEL MONKEY A very bad experience I paid for a next day collection They never came They rescheduled 3 times They never came I had to write them 10 times, Only promises, no results Answers are copy and paste of standard sentences (they even dont bother answering your specific queries) At the end they wrote they coudlnt help, they would cancel the order and refund

Used Parcel Monkey in the past and wasnt that impressed to be honest.
However having heard better reports lately, I thought they were worth a second chance. Well I dont know if it was because I chose a DPD service or any part was controlled by Parcel Monkey as all tracking updates to both my customer and I came through DPD. The parcel was delivered on time undamaged and my customer received a one hour delivery slot so I am this time very pleased and will continue to use Parcel Monkey next time I need a parcel delivered.

If I could I would give them even -10!!! The worst experience ever!! Booked Through parcel monkey the courier was DPD.A parcel was picked up from London and arrived in Singapore, went through customs. the day of delivery I received an update that consignment is incomplete and contacted dpd. I was told address is incomplete though all documents were provided and clearly on booking, there was full complete address. Contacted parcel monkey and provided again all documents and exact list of items, only ignoring replies and apologies from them. They didnt do anything to find out what happened. The conversation was ongoing for over a month the same only apologies. I have requested contact details of the courier in Singapore, they didnt want to provide. Dpd was diverting me to parcel monkey and blaming them. After more than a month received an update that parcel is LOST!!! 10kg parcel suddenly lost!! None of them wants to take full responsibility as I didnt have protection. Clearly, its STEALING from customers and making an excuse for not taking any responsibility!!!!! REPORTING THIS CASE TO POLICE!!! NEVER USE PARCEL MONKEY AND DPD BOTH LIARS AND BE AWARE OF THIS WHEN THEY LOSE YOUR SHIPMENT!!!

Using Parcel Monkey gave me a list of carriers and options. I was able to use my favoured carrier at a great rate. Within 2 hours of my booking the carrier picked up my parcel and it was delivered as requested.
