The booking and dispatch process was easy and efficient. Tracking was easy, except that the report on what has happened is not accurate ("there is a problem with the address" when it was an address used for 5 years - and by Parcel Monkey/DPD previously). However, the cost makes it good value for money.

Parcel was not collected on the day stated . Also through live chat there was no record of the date rescheduled. Have not received parcels yet I am expecting a minimum of 10 days to Greece. Previously I received perfect service with U.P.S in 2014 but another company collected this year 2018

Great price for same service supplied by other third party courier firms and easy to book and track. Only downfall is customer services, thankfully have only had to use twice in the last six months but both times useless. Only because no telephone number to speak and they only use email to contact couriers so very time consuming.

I had a great experience with Parcel Monkey. Id honestly give it a 4.5 stars if I could, its not yet absolutely perfect but it came damn close.
Let me explain you why.
When I ordered, everything went fine but, due to my own mistake, I mistype my email address and forgot the L of gmail ! Obviously, I never got any email. Parcelmonkey created my account and all went perfect. I wished I printed the label at this point, but I didnt.
The day after obviously when I tried to login, I couldnt, as I didnt know I forgot the famous L. I had to contact the support team, which was the tricky part which cost 1 star ...
Indeed, the support system of parcelmonkey is pretty well done, and to be fair I have mostly excellent experience with it. Yes, its via online chat and not phone but if you can accept that, they are doing an excellent job. The only little issue ? you need to be logged in to use it, which in my case of course was tricky ;).
Eventually, I worked around the problem, logging with another account, explaining my situation, and a great support team did fix my problem quickly enough for me to print my label and have my parcel collected in time. Hence a very happy customer, but Id really advise Parcel Monkey to put a system allowing a customer to contact them for account problems without being logged in, that would certainly help plenty of users !

Happy with service but would have given 5 stars if we had received confirmation of delivery. Parcel did arrive in reasonable time, but difficult to review if we arent told that. Please advise that delivery has been made and we would give better feedback.

Untrustworthy and underhand Having sent all of our business parcels previously with parcel monkey we will no longer be doing so. When attempting to ship to the US, the guidelines were read for shipping and adhered to with the package containing all necessary documents and correct style of packaging. However days later when the parcel is in process (not even left the UK yet) we have an email to say the parcel is prohibited as contains alcohol. No-where on the guidance was this mentioned, as a result the shipment is supposedly being returned. However having had other shipments being returned to us, and to this day not receiving a shipment back from parcel monkey we have to ask: 1) Where do the returned shipments end up, as we certainly do not receive these goods back, there are at least 3 parcels we have sent with parcel monkey still unaccounted for with a value in excess of £500. 2) Parcel monkey do not offer refunds when it has been an error on their part for not supplying the correct information, they are most untrustworthy, with no apologies and they do not honour cover for lost parcels. Avoid at all costs, as in our case parcel monkey have cost us alot of money in the short year we have used them. They also have no complaints procedure that they can advise you of.

Sorry to hear you parcels were returned.
As they contained alcohol, the courier will return these as they will not carry such an item. We ask the customer to refer to the prohibited items list before sending to avoid this issue, please see list below:

So disappointed with this service my parcel was supposed to be delivered in December, we are now in February and no sign of the parcel. I was told they would do a 5 working day search its now been 11 working days and no update. The customer service is so poor after writing a review I was told to contact them and state FAO manger like they tell everyone and all I was told is that they would send my details to the relevant department which has already been done and still no update from them.
