I’ve had so many good delivers but this one I booked a 3-4 day service and it took 6. I really needed it there in 4 too so was a nightmare and cost me a lot of money

Useless, chat assistant could not find my parcel or anything to do with it (blamed the driver). Tracking system does not update, paid for a next day service for it to be delivered 6 days later. Would not recommend or indeed use again.

Terrible! They dont collect your parcels so perhaps they are in the wrong line of business... Oh, and they dont let you know that, you have to chase them up and then they rearrange and fail to collect AGAIN. Will never use again.

They collected when they said they would, and delivered in the timescale they said they would. No complaints from recipient that parcel badly handled or anything. So all good!

We use parcel monkey on a regular basis and can honestly say the whole fuss free setup is 1 st class.
The simple and straightforward website can be easily navigated even by a non computer minded person .
You can opt to leave your parcel at numerous designated drop off points in most small towns and cities or simpler still, for another few pence simply wrap up your parcel to be sent making sure its well wrapped and the courier will pick up your parcel from your doorstep same day or next depending on what time you have ordered the service. Most parcels are dropped off next day.????????????????????. Brilliant service every time..

Parcel Monkey have a fantastic service. They always pick up promptly when they say they will & my package always reaches its destination in good condition, (especially important as I send goodies to my godchildren in Sweden).

Parcelforce did not come to collect the parcel I paid for. They claimed to have came to my address and did not get an answer however my CCTV proved this was all lies. Phone to complain and was told I had to then personally deliver my item to the post office last minute! Not happy, will not use the service again. Would like refund!

Great service
My daughter lives in the south of France and I always find it difficult to get parcels to her. I discovered parcel monkey just by chance and I am so glad I did. It is a fantastic service and the most reasonable price I have come across. The site is easy to navigate and the step by step instructions are easy to follow
I will certainly be using them in the future

They advertise delivery in 5-6 days and it took 14 days. We accurately measured the weight of the parcels several ways and rounded up to the nearest kg - we now have additional invoices as they weighed them 20% heavier - you cannot argue with them so you are exposed to random charges - be warned

Easy to arrange uplift of parcel from local post office and good price for weight of my parcel but my son still hasnt received his parcel a week later as it was taken to wrong drop off point in Sweden. Disappointing it didnt arrive 5 days later never mind 3-5 days as stated

A 48hr delivery took a week . Tracked the parcel . Just read lie after lie about wrongly addressed parcel . Not true infact the parcelforce Courier was given the label by sender to check and apply himself . Why offer 48hr service and tracking if your not going to do it . Shameful service .

I waited over an hour for the confirmation email. (According to,parcel monkey it should have arrived within 30 mins). It didn’t arrive so I used the live chat which wasn’t as smooth as expected. The confirmation email did drive after live chat and the label. This did put me behind by 2 hours. The drop off at our local store went without a hitch. It would have been nice if I had received a text saying that my parcel had been delivered rather than keep checking the parcel tracking.

Worst experience. Collection arranged for 11:30, courier arrived at 14:52 - 3hours 22minutes late (I had to go somewhere urgently at 2). Tried to complain but no refund, nothing. It was a same day delivery and I paid £31 for it! I understand parcel monkey just provides the companies and prices but you should have investigated further with the courier company! 3 hours late is a joke. I was told the collection time is just an estimate and also that there is a 98% success rate. Okay fine, but I wasnt included within that 98% so this information was irrelevant to me. Being 15-30 minutes late due to traffic may be understandable but not 3 hours, especially when I was checking the tracking all along and could see the driver near my area. The ladies dealing with the complaint did not want to investigate further. Dont think Ill be using this again.

Entered parcel details, got a much better price than from the carriers direct, item collected and delivered without a glitch. Didnt even have to go to the post office or courier depot.

Took almost 2.5 hours from start to end of process (registering to getting a label for the parcel). Problems getting the correct lines on the label, plus delays in waiting to talk online to agents.

A simple and straightforward process to book a courier.
Tracking for a 3rd party though was a little awkward. As it wasnt clear to know what information to give the recipient of the parcel so as to enable tracking without Parcel Monkey account access.
