Sent a package, was meant to be delivered on the 19th of march. Still hasnt been delivered 3 weeks later and I keep contacting them to ask about the package and the response to paraphrase, "we are in contact with the courier" when it obviously doesnt take 3 weeks to contact their own couriers. And asked for a refund numerous times and no acknowledgement of my refund request. Avoid at all costs. Just a means to claim money off individuals sending packages to far locations.

Picked up from our Daughters house in the UK on Thursday and delivered to us in South West France on the Tuesday, pretty fast under normal circumstances but spectacular with Good Friday & Easter Monday sandwiched between those two days.

I paid for next day delivery and was given a 1.45-2.45 collection window the driver did not turn up to collect the parcel, I asked for confirmation, via web chat, that the parcel would be collected and was told to wait till 6pm and if the driver did not collect then to contact them back and they would contact the driver, the customer services closed at 6pm !!!!!!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COMPANY, This is the 2nd occasion they have failed to turn up, If you want a reliable parcel service do not use this company.

I have given 5 stars as the uk end service was excellent,its the greek postal service that needs a kick up the ---,parcel was left at kissamos post office for 2 days and i had to drive there and collect it myself.

Late collections time after time .refuse to reinburse courrier costs.i book parcels for collection on a specifc date courier dose not turn up .this costs me money as i have deadlines to meet and have to compensate my customer so why should parcel monkey not do the same to me as there poor service has damaged my reputation .damaged goods on delivery also no compensation given on that ocasion.i booked 2 seperate deliveries for collection on the same day.i clearly labeled my parcels yet the collection driver stuck there labels they bring on the wrong parcels this has happend twice again damaging my reputation as i have to compensate my customers again for missing deadlines due to this.when you complain and ask for a refund for missed collection dates they just blame the courrier driver and ignore your request for a refund.a very un profesional organisation.

I tried to track the collection, but it was not possible. I tried to track the movements of the parcel, but it was not possible Im trying to track the arrival of the parcel, but it does not work. Ill never use this service again

Delivery was damaged, had to refund the customer £350. Informed parcel Monkey after 1 day, their first email apologised, then did not receive another email. Logged in a week later and it said that I only had 7 days to fill out their claim form and that time was passed! This was after paying for additional insurance. Terrible service, unhelpful aggressive customer support. Avoid at all costs!

Apparently parcel wasnt available yet no attempt to collect was made. When using live chat there was ten minute plus gaps between them replying and were not helpful at all. Paid for next day delivery and the parcel was collected a week later than it should have been delivered. Would not recommend, very unhelpful and no customer service skills at all
